I come to this Starbucks pretty much everyday before work. The staff here are so wonderful - they remember my name and drink order every time and this to me is the heart of Starbucks customer service. The staff here have pretty much become my friends, what else could you ask for?! Drinks are always perfect, my favourite Starbucks to visit.
This is a very disabled-friendly cafe. Although the male staff who greeted me seemed to have a hearing impairment, he was eager to help me take my order. He was also very enthusiastic to help me pick up the items on the shelf, even though it was difficult for him. Such a loving staff!

Came here with my friends when we went out, ordered a dragon fruit refresher with ice, we were told there was no more ice so I ordered the pumpkin spice latte. It took twenty minutes for that, and halfway through the wait, one of the workers opened a freezer filled with ice! The Pumpkin spice latte was flavourless and would not cool down. Stick to the one in city centre!
