Nice food and coffee. Service could have been quicker but there was only one server dispensing the drinks - and it was busy. Chairs were very hard.

Currently sat in Starbucks Llanishen which the closing time is supposedly 7pm. However for some reason one of the staff has started closing up at just after 5pm. After a pleasant lady serving me my coffee I sat down to enjoy my coffee and do some work on my laptop.Immediately as I sat down a member of staff decided to make me feel as uncomfortable as possible by cleaning directly around me and putting chairs on top of tables either side of me.I understand these tactics if it is near closing time if people are not keen to leave but over an hour and a half before the venue is due to close it seems like bad manners and terrible customer service.After a pleasant welcome from the member of staff that served me I was surprised to be made to feel immediately unwelcome by these actions.

I have been here twice since Christmas and on both occasions no handwash !! Mentioned it to staff and apparently they are only allowed to use what is provided by Starbucks and that they don’t have any !! Handling food and drink after people have not washed their hands . Absolutely disgusting!!!

Kind staff and lovely coffee!I was waiting for the AA as my car had broken down in the car park and Victoria and Sophie went above and beyond to help me out. I had a lovely coffee whilst I was waiting. Massive thank you to them both ?

We had two coffees and I asked a young man if they had any sugar he said i Will have a look ...so I waited for him to bring me the sugar and waiting so I asked him and he said sorry we haven't got any sugar...how can Starbucks ran out of Sugar naver again go to Starbucks coffee company.. A bit run down inside, and the coffee making took ages despite there not really being anyone in front of us. The outside seating area has a vague air of misery. Fortunately, my best friend Daf treated me to my coffee, which took the edge off the generally depressing experience.
