Like others have said befor! Food is ok, but the staff was kinda rude.... Especially the person that takes the orders with the bread etc. How she said what bread etc eyes rolling and with attuide quiet a mid age woman possibly in 30s + The salad person was amazing and the cashier was top notch and respectful with a big smile and is happy to wish everyone a nice day etc, She basically kept her self to her self !Day: Thursday 14th March!

I went there because it is the nearest subway from heath hospital.My wife was hospitalized and I have to come here but the guy is kind of rude and avoiding person.He have an attitude like if you want food then stay there otherwise go back I don't care.I have to think twice before I go there.Although lady was nice and ok.

Poor experience. Ordered a delivery which was pushed back a number of times. When I rang to chase the order up the staff were of no help and frankly weren't interested in helping. Cancelled my order and won't be using them again.

Like others have mentioned - I have been in touch with the store a couple of times about not being able to redeem offers they are signed up for (3 free cookies with a sub, footlong for £4.99 etc) - just to receive a generic response back from the owner. Will not be visiting again.

Wednesday Night Business

Didn't bother preparing or delivering my order for an hour. If my order cannot be dealt with for over an hour then I should be notified, or the restaurant should refuse to take it.

I go there to grab lunch from time to time and it's always quiet so don't need to wait and ingredients look fresh. A good option for a quick healthy-ish lunch

There's always an excuse for this store when points and promotions are concerned. The staff are directed by the owner to inform customers that the scanner isn't working - when it fact it functions and operates correctly.No hair nets or hygiene precautions are taken here. I've experienced hair in my food on a number of occasions, and the fact that it hasn't been addressed since the first occurrence leads me to believe the staff and owners simply don't care. With a Greggs a few doors down, I'm hoping that this is just another business we'll see with lights off and boards on the windows.

Shame the scanner for the subway rewards scheme wasn't working as that was the reason why I went their to use my points instead of paying. Had a salad with ham and cheese but was only given two triangles of cheese, the peppers were nice, lots of greens. Sometimes could not hear the person on the till because of the screen. Overall a experience like no other subway.Vegetarian options: lots of vegetarians options availableDietary restrictions: Had allergy sign available and was able to change their gloves when I asked because of my nuts and sesame allergy

Staff initially refused to put chipotle sauce on my nachos, telling me they don’t do that because i’ve got salsa on them. Once I told them that I had been coming to this subway for years (8+ years) and always had chipotle and salsa on my nachos, they told me that they changed the rules because of the schoolkids. They then said I could have it if I paid 40p extra. I literally get this combo at other subways too.

I’ve been stuck in a&e for over 24 hours and wanted some decent food. It was made so quickly and delivered even faster and they even upgraded it to a footlong for free. It genuinely touched me and made my day. Thanks to the subway team!
