Not great service, most of the fillings/breads were unavailable although no mention of it.\\nTook very long also to prepare it, some franchise staff arent helpful at all, treat customers as liability ?

Had a craving for a mega melt so went up at 11:15 as google said opening was 11am. Store actually opened and 10am and breakfast finished at 11am. The nice women serving still made me breakfast. Thank you

Cycled down to the bay and needed lunch. Went to subway but as there is nowhere outside to secure my bike I took it into the shop with me to be told I cannot bring it into the shop and it will be busy soon. I was the only one in there and there was no queue outside. I left the shop and the manager came outside to say I could not take the bike into the shop and would need to leave it outside. They did not even offer to take my order and bring it out to me. Staff were very rude. I don't know if the owner has changed as I have taken the bike in before with no complaints. Will never go there again.

A promptly made sub by a very friendly member of staff on the end of her shift. She was very polite and catered to our every need. The shop was clean and disinfected every evening before lock up. This subway was in a convenient location by the docks and we came here after an evening booze cruise.

Friendly staff, quick service and well you cant mess up a subway sandwich as it all tastes the same!! Good option for a quick lunch Takeaway. There are tables to sit and eat at but with COVID prefer to sit outdoors and eat!

Subway? More like subwait!! Absolutely astounded at the attitude of the sloth subway 'artist' working here. I felt very uncomfortable when he started caressing the vegetables while maintaining full eye contact. He seemed to enjoy the experience more than me. 2 stars is generous.

Some of the rudest customer service I've come across. I went in a few weeks ago and another customer had left the door open and I was ordered to go over and close the door before I ordered! Went in again recently with a fold up bike. After being told I couldn't bring it inside I offered to fold it up and carry it despite being the only person in the shop I was still told I had to leave it outside so I just left.

Went here with a lady who is confined to wheelchair and exempt from wearing a mask, because she can't read the menu I usually order for her, after realising I forgot my mask I used my jumper to use as a face covering,(seen many people wearing snoods or scarfs as face coverings) the shop was empty and we were stood by the door looking at the menu, Simon and awa then proceeded to tell us to get out the shop because we had nothing to say she were exempt( the obvious was staring at her in the face) and because having a jumper over my nose and mouth didnt suffice we were told to get out the shop! We then left after a heated discussion with my client being upset and the feeling of discrimation in the air. I went back to the shop with my mask to tell Awa and simon how i wanted the complaint procedure, on returning I then find her serving a lady who wasn't wearing a mask !!!! How is this acceptable, why was this lady with no mask so different to us? Pure attitude and discrimination against a lady who is in a wheelchair and local to the area! and never will I return to this branch of subway with any of my clients!!!

Queue outside due to it being lunchtime and only 2 people entering at once, fair enough. Once we got in, served by a lovely guy who was very friendly. All menu items looked available. Standard subway ordering, pick the bread, meat, salad etc. All done in line with covid friendly precautions. Hand sanitiser available at the door if wanted.

Visited multiple times now and the staff are always miserable, always out of breads, toppings and card machine NEVER works!!

Went there a couple of times now and the staff are miserable they put little salad of the sub and when I had my sub today I ask for mayo on it and just drowned so they covered it up with foil to not notice how much they put on it.
