Clean and tidy little fast food outlet. Staff were young but really friendly and helpful.I found it a little tricky to see what i could actually order. Bigger, clearer menus would help.

Poor service, waited ages for a guy in slow motion to do an order. Woman came along ignored me, stood at the till. She could have started doing my order. They are really slow and don't care. I walked out, won't be going again, no wonder the shop is always dead.

Card or exact cash only what sort of joke is that ??? waited around 15 mins for nothing give your heads a wobble and mabye get some staff that don’t have clear skin issues

Don’t order on Uber eats unless you want to eat something completely different than what you actually ordered. They never get the order right, happened multiple times. Good job I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients they throw in the food.Ordered a sub - what came was a completely different bread, different sauce and about 8 extras we didn’t ask for. So annoying.

This outlet never seems to open for a full day , there's always a reason for early closure , very unreliable.Looking at the recent reviews and the decline its time to shut the store.The one in Birchgrove ended the same way, running out of fillings and not enough staff or closed when they should be open.

If I could rate this 0 or a minus I would. For a start how can you run out of chicken during lunchtime and also cookies. Asked for no salad and just steak and cheese and was left to find onions and other weird things in it so took 2 bites and threw the rest in the food bin. My partner's meetball sandwich was found to have had a meatball so hard it would have been easier to bite into metal. I've only ever had subway about 3 times and that will be the last time lol but my partner said and I quote "that is the worst subway I've ever had". Thank you very much for ruining our lunch. P.s improve your stock control

Ordered online for pick up, got there and they didn’t do the meatless option we chose, we picked and alternative and added an extra two salads, when we got back to work we seen they had only put one extra salad in there, rang the shop and gave card details for a refund and told when the boss comes in he will refund nearly three weeks later still no refund!!

Sign said last customer served at 18:40 when they close at 19:00. Customer service isn’t great there either and they often run out of options.
