On visiting this Subway with family, we found the middle aged staff member to be very rude and loud towards her customers, which makes the overhaul experience on trying to get some food, shadow with negative energy, which shouldn't be the case.The closing times have recently been changed from 4pm to 3pm which we wasn't aware about, we went in at around 3pm thinking they're open to be spoken rudely to, "its closed! times are on the door!".Otherwise the branch itself is convenient for when picking up someone from the college, though be warned it often gets busy with students here.

The Staff are amazing, was Served by a young man called Matt, he had a very approachable attitude, a nice smile and seemed to be genuinely interested in how my day was going.I ordered a Sausage sandwich and a full breakfast melt, my partner enjoyed the sausage sandwich and I really enjoyed my full breakfast sub!
The Dumballs Road Subway is the worst I've visited; the staff member once refused to substitute turkey for ham; another occasion the member of staff at Dumbalks Road Subway coughed in his glove as he was preparing my sandwich; on a further occasion at Dumballs Road Subway the member of staff refused to serve me even though it was 15 minutes before closing time and he was already serving someone else.

Usually great service, however went in after they'd had "3 big events" this meant they had no salad other than lettuce, cucumber, gherkins, olives and jalapenos. Considering I went for a salad I was disappointed, however the sub I ended up with, was rather tasty. Concerned that they were not able to plan ahead for these big events so that their day to day service didn't suffer.

Dont bother having a salad very little content when you ask them to fill their answer is that's how much they have been told to put in. Obviously they are trying to maximise profits from students. Shamefull.

Wow went into subway yesterday. What a difference from my last experience. I only went back in there because I had to meet a mate. Has it changed over management. The counter was full and clean even the tables were clean. A completely different experience from my last time . Service was great. Will be back from now on. A great experience.
