We came to tgi’s for my son’s birthday and they went above and beyond for us. Our waitress , Faheema was amazing , so attentive and made sure we had everything we need . We had around 6 children with us who all had balloons blown up for them. Food and service was amazing especially the jack daniels sesame chicken . Will definitely be returning .

we come for a quick family meal and it was so worth it! we were served by Cadi, she was so kind and lovely - she recommended us to try the christmas offer menu and we were so impressed by her recommendation the christmas combo bucket was a big hit from our family! we will definitely be returning:)

£30 for a rack of ribs in the restaurant, £10 cheaper for the same dish on Deliveroo (?!). £37 for a mixed grill, £27 for 4 variations of fried chicken. What on actual earth. Managed 1 refill for the "unlimited soft drinks" in 1 hour 45 minutes. Cheapest meal I could find (nachos) were watery and the £3.80 additional chicken surcharge granted me more of a "thought" of chicken than what could even be considered a "small" amount. Might pop to the Ivy in the city centre, would be cheaper. Staff were nice, but not around the table every often.

Popped in for an impromptu lunch with my daughter on Monday as she had an inset day.I wasn't sure they were open as the neon signs were off and it looked very very dark....anyway it was open and we were greeted by a lovely hostess and shown to our table.Our waitress was lovely she took our drinks and food order and was really polite and courteous.When our food arrived the mozzarella dippers and sesame strips were more like popcorn chicken but were very tasty as always.However our mains....£16 for a decidedly dodgy messy cheeseburger is a bit much..the burger was not tasty and the bun wasn't the best quality by any stretch of the imagination. My daughter ordered chicken tenders fries and broccoli....out came three tenders some fries and 1 broccoli floret!!! We were in a bit of a rush and our waitress was lovely so I didn't say anything.I left feeling disappointed and thinking come on Fridays you can do much much better!!

The food was OK, chips were really nice. Burger was a tad on the dry side but was still edible, so it wasn't the worst to eat. Service was nearly none existent, never came back to check for extra drinks, took a little while to get order taken, then had to wait for another member of staff to take an order for a person with allergies not sure why, pretty much slow service, and ok food, for the price and brand, I would of expected better.
