I was told today (in August 2023) by a worker here that this permanently closed as a proper café in April and that only drinks are served. There's no signage whatsoever, and most of the tables had chairs on them. It's a shame no-one involved thought to say this here.

Popped in for a quick drink whilst on a walk around the Fishponds Woods and I am happy to come here again in the future as it is excellent value for money and friendly staff.Parking: Plenty of parking for those who need it.

Come here about every two weeks for the best breakfast in Cardiff. Piping hot, well presented, tasty, in pleasant surroundings with polite and attentive staff. Well worth a visit.

Can not fault thackeray at the hall we had a baby shower here today and so glad we did as everything from the booking to the actual day(staff,food,place itself) was just 10/10.
