It’s a nice restaurant, with variety of food and drink, but there is a big problem. Whenever I try and go to the bathroom there, somebody always comes and bangs on the door, continuously trying to unlock it, and this has happened 3 times in a row. Apart from some selfish customers, it’s a nice place, although it is very popular, and I recommend booking.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Vegan and Vegetarian options availableKid-friendliness: It has a kids menu and kid activities

I have been to this Wagamama's many times over the years - always a good standard of service, food and drink. We visited before a show last night. Served by Curtis, who was quick to get us to our seat. Food came out in the usual Wagamama's way, but was pretty quick. The food was delicious. A good start to the evening and perfect for a pre-show meal.

Im a regular with wagamama but my first time visiting the cardiff bay branch. I always love the food, especially the chilli squid, but i want to give a special shout out to one of your workers…A young man by the name of curtis served me and my partner. He made our experience so comfortable, his knowledge of the menu is impressive and he was non stop making time for other customers. A shinning light on a great experience. Please pass on this message to him
Ok, but getting samey now, not as good as it used to be. Griddle plate could have done with a scrape to keep the crispy bits off.

Dinner was amazing, and we hardly had to wait.The manager assisted a blind gentleman whilst we were there, and it humbled us all.

Just had a wonderful experience at Wagamama’s at Mermaid Quay. As always, food was great but my youngest son waited longer than the rest of us for his food so the manager (we think Kurt!) took his meal off our bill and offered us a discount which was greatly appreciated. My son said he was the kindest man he had ever met. Fantastic service, thank you so much.
