excellent shop with lovely staff in a convenient area of town. small selection but still delicious as always

Staff were brilliant when I popped in for some fresh coffee. The major let down for the store is the lack of fresh tea and coffee varieties, not just prepacked rubbish. There are a few choices but not many.

Nice service good coffee choices

Excellent choice of loose leaf tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Prices are on the higher side but no body is forcing you to shop

Excellent shop for tea lovers and connoisseurs. Very well stocked with a very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Staff here are always really friendly, but not overbearing. There's usually a selection of tasters out for you to try, and the staff are great at answering any questions I've had.

This must be my favourite tea shop in the UK. I first started shopping there in London and once it opened in Cardiff my family and I were very delighted. The Covent Garden blend is our favourite and we always make sure we have plenty of it. The service is always great and the staff is knowledgeable about the product.

Absolutely shocking experience in store today first and last time going to this store. The lady serving was extremely rude! I don't wear a mask as I am exempt after entering the store the lady asked did I have a mask? I told her no I'm exempt she proceeded to ask did I have proof?I asked what proof did I need, she said a card that said I'm exempt, so I said what a card that anyone can download off the the internet which doesn't actually prove anything.I also pointed out that I didn't need to show proof as stated on the government website..gov statesExemption cardsIf you have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering:you do not routinely need to show any written evidence of thisyou do not need show an exemption cardThis means that you do not need to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about your reason for not wearing a face covering. However, some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign."Carrying an exemption card or badge is a personal choice and is not required by law"Asking someone to prove they are disabled or give a reason is blatant discrimination! When I stated this I was accused by another lady in the store of spreading corona and if she can wear a mask then so should I, how dare they! They don't know my reasons for not being able to wear a mask and I shouldn't have to prove anything to anyone. I will not be shopping here again.
