Had the exhaust on my narrowboat repaired here and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Friendly and expert service, I was in and out in a morning and drove away happy.

Feels like an inconvenience when wanting to fuel up boat even though I rang ahead. Even more sarky comments when I only want a set amount of fuel and not just filling up. Forced into a 20% split even though it should be up to me.

Definitely need better customer service skills! Pulled in on Saturday morning to fuel up our narrow boat, and was confronted by an employee, that told us "not being grumpy, but its Saturday, and you should ring up before buying fuel". This was due to hire boats being made ready to go out. Apparently we were lucky, as they already had the fuel hose out! Having previously worked for a hire boat company, know how busy it can get, but we still fueled up boats that needed it! Other than actually getting fuel, the best part of the whole interaction was, the happy go lucky guy, smoking whilst filling up the hire boats with fuel.
