The Best Sunday lunch In New quay ?

We visited hear yesterday put of season.. what a lovely find. My self and my partner shared two sandwiches freshly made to order the club and Cuban all served with chips tasted fresh and just enough to keep you going on your day.we also had an extra plate for my some to share some of our chips. My daughter enjoyed her pizza and fish bites off the tapas menu. She is very fussy and didn't leave a crumb. Their wine was lovely and they have a nice selection on draft. Staff was lovely made to feel welcome and nothing seemed to much trouble. We look forward to visiting again

I wish I could eat here all the time, unfortunately for me to do that I would have to travel for 4 hours but believe me this place is worth it! I like to eat out a fair bit and I have been to a number of top restaurants and this is up there with them. I’ve eaten here a couple of times now and everything I eat amazes me and is delicious. Today was no exception, I ordered 3 courses off the festive menu and every course was cooked beautifully and the flavours were delicious (if you choose to eat here you better hope the lamb Bon Bons stay on the menu, they are sooo good )! Between my family, we had a mixture of meat and vegetarian dishes, all were outstanding. The chef out did himself with the goats cheese filo parcel, the flavours were mouthwatering with cranberry and walnuts- the best vegetarian meal we have eaten! The portions are not small and I’m currently sat writing this eating the 2nd filo parcel (my sister didn’t quite manage, as she was soo full). We all walked away feeling satisfied and full. I would walk here just to have the roast again too - I have never been to a place that gets everything on the plate perfect until today. If you haven’t tried here - book in!! I’m from a farming background and the meat was cooked the right way and was very tasty! I wish I could book in for New Years Eve as the menu looks Devine! Ps Even the cocktails - just amazing!!

A right gem of a place, lovely staff and the food was outstanding, so much so we ate there twice on our weekend away to Newquay.

Stumbled across the Pepperpot as we were walking the coastal path on a very wet and windy Sunday afternoon. We were made to feel so welcome even in our very sandy walking boots, waterproof trousers and accompanied by our wet and muddy dog. Sunday roast for two was really tasty, two of the biggest Yorkshires I’ve seen, plenty of meat and crunchy roast potatoes. An apple and a rhubarb crumble set us back out on our walk. Thank you

The pepper Pot is situated a stones throw from the picturesque village of New Quay. This pub is full of characterThe bar and grill offers locally sourced home cooked pub classics with an upmarket feel and taste, along with a specials board updated regularly. Although the classics and standard menu is more than enough to keep you coming back for more, the specials board is where you will find what really sets the Pepper Pot apart from the rest.We visited whenever we had the chance and tried everything we could.Firstly, the Sunday dinner, having arrived without a booking, the staff were very accommodating and made room for us between reservations. They were extremely attentive, kind-hearted, and welcoming. The dinner itself was compact and packed a real punch with everything home made and cooked using fresh and local ingredients. The Lamb was plentiful, juicey, and tender served with a handful of tasty roast potatoes, a large wedge of stuffing, seasonal greens, and a lone roast carrot and pig in blanket. What it lacks in size it more than makes up for in quality and taste. The Oysters were freshly caught and prepared. They tasted just like the ocean, perfectly pared with tobassco and lemon to break up the flavors mild flavour of the Oysters. The classic fish and chips. The cod was cooked with care and attention, the batter golden brown, crispy and fragrant, with the fish soft flakey and mild tasting. The double cooked chips were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside some of the best fish and chips I've had.Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️variety ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Seating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking ⭐️

We booked to come here for Sunday lunch and boy we were not disappointed. Staff very attentive and friendly, food was out of this world, plenty of it and excellent quality. We are only here on holiday for a few days but are hoping to visit again before we leave it was so good. Very clean and lovely vibe. Thank you all for a fantastic Sunday lunch.

Have been to the Pepper Pot numerous times and alway had fantastic high quality food. Quality seems to have slipped somewhat now though. High priced food with pub chain quality. The patatas bravas on the tapas menu were a particular low, crisps with some ketchup on them for £5! When queried the miss sell of these were told “that’s how the chef does them” with a complete disregard from the waitress to our thoughts and them not actually being patatas bravas. I can’t think of a time I’d ever pay £5 for some crisps especially ones that quickly went soggy. Not so sure we will be back again.
