I used the click and serve function to the car, ordered five minutes earliest. When I clicked the "I'm here" but, my coffee was outside in less than 30 seconds. Just a coffee. Costa standard.

Very nice place to relax staff are very nice and very help out standing place to relax and to have friends with you to chat or even meet up well done to the staff team for all there hard work many thanks for your help and support.Parking: Loads of parking for every one you can go off to do your shopping the drop them off then walk over to Costa with family or friends and relax very good as well if you wanted to use the motorway as well which Costa is not that far way if you need a break for people who do loads of driving like the emergency service and the public as well.

The staff were ok other than who I assume was the manager who actually spoke down to the other members of staff and it didn't seem as though she wanted to be there. On the plus side the frappe I had was amazing.

Very nice place to relax with friends and family the staff are out standing very help full can't see why people making a big fuss saying the service is very slow it's very hard if you have 1 or 2 members of staff go sick that standard but they pull throw as a team which I see there a good team work if people ant happy go elsewhere we as the local people who are happy there 5 stars to the staff for all there hard work very nice place 100% recommended this place to anyone who doing long trips very close to the motorway which people can relax before they set out back on the roads.

I get dragged in here kicking and screaming at least twice a week with my wife, who should either have shares or a job at Costa ?. On a serious note, it's a great place to chill and chat with a coffee and sometimes a cake.

It gets very busy sometimes, and the only annoying thing that happens occasional is inconsiderate single workers taking over a four person table by spreading out laptops, phones, paper's etc. Sorry, but the facilities are not big enough to allow this really.

Slow as ..... in Cross hands. I've worked at Costa and I would have been shot at down for the speed they made coffee. 25 minutes I was in the queue. May as well still be waiting for a flat white now.

Just a quick pit stop for coffee with a friend. Good coffee, plenty of cakes/biscuits to choose from. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and the man making the drinks was very attentive to detail.
