We ordered 3 fish which was beautiful and succulent. The chips were crispy and tasty. My boyfriend had the fish cake which he said was really tasty. The mushy peas were fresh tasting and the curry sauce was the best I’ve ever had from a chip shop! Wouldn’t 100% come here again

Honestly so angry with the food I received tonight from the crisp and fry. Chips are tasteless and my daughters chicken was raw thank god she has to have her chicken broken up for her otherwise she may have been ill. The staff members also look extremely unhappy to be working there. I will not be returning… for a chippy the coal house has better chips then you.Also is it true that I’ve heard that you tell your members of staff to put good reviews on to cancel the bad ones out? It also looks like that

Fish can be inconsistent, we normally stick to Friday or Saturday now. Fish the last but one time was saturated in fat and the batter wasn't crispy, I would rather wait for freshly cooked fish, chips are ok. Kebabs are nice, wish they put salad with the kebab.

I love this place. Best fish and chips in the area. The staff are always friendly even though they're busy. It looks lovely inside fresh and clean. I also love the click and collect option.

Was looking for somewhere for lunch on way back from hubby's treatment in Morriston Hospital. Someone had told him there was a nice cafe by the lights. Couldn't find it but saw here. So glad we did. Food is fantastic ? HUGE portions. Lovely friendly staff. Clean. Well worth a visit. Thank you. Be back in three weeks after next treatment ?

Had food from here last night food was awful, chips had no flavour whatsoever. Fish batter was soggy like water had been dripping on them, the cheese and onion rissole had no flavour. the area I waited in for my food was filthy. The staff look like they need a light bulb thrown at them to lighten up a bit. Definitely not worth my money, and definitely not recommended. Will not be returning.

Had a stunning take away from here Saturday! Portions were huge! The food was outstanding! The shop itself was spotless and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! It’s easy to see how they achieved their good food award! Well done crisp and fry we will be back! Having kids that are fussy eaters makes it hard ordering take aways but even the kids can’t wait for their next treat night! Keep it up guys! There’s a girl working there blonde hair! I think her name was Claire I’d just like to say a big thanks for being so patient and helpful when I ring to place my orders! ?
