Last two orders haven't had the additional toppings on top (which were paid for) and one order came with just one pizza instead of two (but the guy on the phone was nice enough when I called and sent my pizza out straight).

Amazing service and pizza tonight . They served a grumpy knackered customer - listened to what she asked and delivered it exactly as requested. !!!

Second issue at cross hands dominos. Pizza took twice as long as the app guide time so waited 50 mins, to then be told a delivery driver had taken one of our two pizzas by mistake so had to wait for our second pizza to be cooked. (A very similar situation to the last time we ordered here!)

Cannot fault Domino's and the polite, friendly and helpful staff in Cross Hands! The best pizzas as always!

Says open till late. Well that was a lie. Arrived at 10:30pm. Took ages for the 2 male employes to even acknowledge me. I had to shout to get their attention. Then I asked the lad are you still serving. His reply NAH TILLS OFF! What a joke!

First time we have been to this one at crosshands, plenty of parking spaces, greeted by server & easy to order what we wanted, was told how long we would have to wait (10 mins) they were so quick & friendly :)

I have lived in Cross hands for over 3 years and have ordered from here at least once a month to my works (Travelodge). Ordered today and received a call over an hour after i ordered saying they're having a problem with there delivery drivers. I could either collect or they would cover this order and refund me. Called back an hour later to find they have NO delivery drivers but have already refunded me! so i called my colleague and arranged to finish an hour early (before they closed) and called back domino's to find out they have completely cancelled my order. Wouldn't be too bothered if it wasn't the last of my money, a week until payday and i wasn't moving in a week! so have nothing in my house bar bread and beans! been a loyal customer for years, drivers know who i am and yet no care was given! absolutely furious and so upset, all i wanted was a decent hot meal. The irony is they are still offering delivery on the website.
