As KFC goes it's one of the better ones. Order has always been right and seasoning has a good balance (know a few places that are way too salty). Temperature was good too.

Stopped for services use from long drive. Awkward car park steep hill to access it. Lots of over flowing bins.However plenty of tables inside, toilets fairly clean. Food good but tiny pieces of chicken. Considering the huge rise in their (kfc) prices recently we won't be using kfc as much any more! No matter how tasty it was. £10+ an adult meal for fast food isn't affordable anymore.Parking: Parking lot up slope behind restaurant. Do not drive in front of store as only access to drive through. A little steep too!

Really slow service, staff look very unhappy resulting in poor customer service and when food comes and you look at it you regret coming to KFC in the 1st place. Needs a thorough revamp inside and outside (drivethrough). Strong new management team and lots of training.

The tasty food is probably the only good thing about KFC, sadly. Ordered on the app selecting table service but despite being the only people in the restaurant, the staff couldn't be bothered to bring it over so just shouted at us to come and get it. Upon collection, was told that the drinks weren't available so could choose a replacement, which was fine but I can't imagine it's hard to update the app to say things are unavailable. No real "thank you" or "sorry" from the staff. Do they get no training at all, I wondered? But then again, shouldn't need training in basic human courtesy, really. Pretty poor but tasty food.

App is totally useless and a waste of time. They do not deliver 1.7 miles away on the same road, but the food was nice and fresh. Staff were friendly too.

Very cold food will not recommended the food there staff not very nice taken the problems to food safety standards should never been 2 KFC in cross hands coz there one right by the motorway which that afar lot better and cleaner the other KFC should be used for something

Absolutely disgusting place to visit the food is terrible the staff are so bad the customer service is absolutely appalling especially with the older lady with grey hair that serves you she makes no I contact sticks a hand through the window and is just a horrible person to deal with I would not recommend anybody going to this KFC it is absolutely shocking

Food and service were quick and all good. Why is there always a problem with the KFC app?
Absolutely shocked at the window while waiting for food to be prepared. Staff pinching each other with food prongs. Then just casually put them back ready to be used to serve food. Another member was just picking at there face. It was like a school bus had just dropped off kids and let them have a go in the kitchen. Surely kfc should have a higher rating than 3 in the window. After seeing what goes on in the kitchen. A 1 star food rating would be more than enough for this KFC

Had a fillet tower box meal. The chicken breast in the burger was the same size as the hash brown. Thought they’re forgotten to put it in there when I opened the box. When I complained, I was told they were all that size now. They gave me a refund. I used to enjoy a kfc but if that’s the new size of the chicken breasts I’ll be wasting the extortionate price of £9.99 for a box meal somewhere else in the future. Stop ripping us off kfc!

Chicken burger fillet stiff, wings and fries very greasy. Drinks 3/4 quarter filled with ice cubes so we couldn't feel to much taste what we have been drinking. Order had missing item and nobody available for several minutes to come to the counter. Avoid as a plague. Terrible service and food. Not the standards which you can expect from kfc. I am regular KFC customer but this place is a big mistake
