Won't be ordering from the Cwmbran store again, placed an order for collection (Which is 20 minutes away). Once back at home and eating the pizza I had noticed there was no sauce in the double decadence on both pizzas, literally bone dry, also the chicken kickers was the world's smallest. Called up the store to complain and was told that they ran out of the double decadence sauce, but was still happy to charge me an additional £3 for each pizza.They didn't seem to bothered by this and there was a lot of shouting in the background. I requested that I bring back all the food for them to look for them selves and recieve a refund but I was told there was no need to come back to the store as they will put through the refund.Called 2 months later to find out where mine redund was and told it'll be passed on to head office as they are the only ones who can sort out refunds. 4 months down the line, still no refund. So for this, you get 0 star rating and you lose a loyal customer.Seems like you don't care about your customers or even take the time to remove items off the menu that are not available.

An hour and ten minutes for a pizza delivery on a Thursday night.. two phone calls and still no delivery.. nothing offered to compensate.. these are expensive to have food delivered which has been out of the oven for 30 minutes or so.. you are not Napolis..

We do love Dominoes when Pizza is our fancy. Strong flavours, well cooked and always consistent. It is quite greasy, so you'll often find your toppings trying to get away from you and leap on the carpet.

Apparently store email doesnt work when i tried to send this picture three times, so i had no choice but to post on here! this is a half and pizza shocking its not even cut propaply! and where is the veggie side i would i wouldnt want a replacement who ever made this clearly doesnt care, so i doubt any care has been taken in other departments. There is no option for 0.

Lovely pizza's we ordered tonight. 3 pizzas... cheeseburger pizza, mighty meaty and pepporni, 3 sides... wedges, wedges melted cheese and nachos , and bottle coke. Was delivered fast and warm on delivery is on pricey side but is worth it was all £45.97 so not to bad. Orders via the app which is good as tells you each step. Then when out for delivery can track your driver so good service tonight.
Best pizza delivery hands down...hot on arrival everytime too. The guys work out the best deal for me, and go out of their way to deliver to me even though I'm out of town.As always, with Dominoes, the more you order the cheaper it gets too ;) thanks again guys.

They used to put enough cheese on but lately the cheese to sauce ratio is more towards the sauce which is a disappointment, pizza is meant to be cheesy.
