Every Kebab has gone up (again) by another £1.50 since my last order 2 weeks ago. That's too much for us to take. 2 kebabs delivered now cost the equivilent of a home cooked roast beef diner for 8 including afters! Unbelievable customer service...... We have been regular customers for many years, after a recent order came cold and under cooked I rang to complain..... The "driver" came to my house in front of my children and demanded the chips back (45mins after delivery. He told the manager was in the shop but I called they explained that he was actually the manager......... Refused to give me a refund or replace substandard food.Update....... Because I was not happy with my order or customer service I was told to order somewhere else...... No refund or fresh food......Avoid avoid avoid...... 4 upset little children and not a care in the world!

WE WERE REGULAR CUSTOMERSuntil I called due to a missing product from my delivery and I was passed from a lady to I assume the chef who proceeded to insinuate it was impossible the product was missing as if we lied. That was the level of his customer service. The first port of call was to blame the customer after I’ve had multiple deliveries which have been perfect every time and I have never complained. Safe to say they have lost a customer, and all he could respond with was…’okay’. Fix up ?

If you ask for a mixed kebab the chicken is almost non existent. You ask for your meat to be well done and it never is. I asked for salad with everything apart from tomatoes but extra cabbage. Hardly any salad and no extra cabbage and no coleslaw. Last 4 times iv ordered in last 2 weeks my order has turned up wrong 3 out of 4 times

Had delivery tonight had kebabs which was pretty cold. Asked for not alot sauce but when came was a very lot was swimming in sauce even tho ask for not much. Asked for a bottle or diet coke ended up with 7up so not even close match. This is happened 3 times now though give it one last chance. Prob won't use this place again
