Food late and cold like it's been standing around for ages looked like blood on outside of box the chicken looked grey and in parts brown way to much sauce on every dish that was ordered aswell as it looked as it had been thrown up and the street a few times as a delivery driver I know that was in the car half hour plus pxssed right off and charged for cheese but forgotten on one dish

Kebab - OH prefers a garlic sauce to a garlic mayoPizza - bought in base, toppings on the bottom, cheese on top, and tasted/looked microwaved, not baked. Much better the next day once oven baked!Onion rings - very cheapChilli cheese bites - looked nothing like the menu image, but were actually a lot better! A bit like jalapeño poppers ??

After being told the wait was 30-40 minutes,it turns up an hour and 15 minutes later cold and quite honestly....gross. asked for bread with our mixed kabab and it did not come. The chips were cole and stale. will not be going back.

Unable to leave a zero review unfortunately i ordered my familys meal at 6.15pm on a tuesday via online when they confirmed it was supposed to arrive by 7pm. So rang at 7.05pm to be told it had left and was with the driver i then rang again at 7.30pm to be told it was still in the shop they were waiting for a driver (her attitude was disgusting) then rang at 7.45pm to be told it left just after they spoke to me last time (attitude again) it finally arrived at 8pm(1hr 45minutes) when i rang them to say there was a drink missing and the food was cold the reply was (with an attitude again) how can your food be cold i said because it was ordered and prepped at 6.15pm they replied with we will send extra next time....trust me there wont be a next time....food was disgusting not even my children ate it....my pizza was like chewing cold leather it was horrible....waste of money tbh....and they want to call me a liar thats fine they themselves know how bad the customer service the lies and the attitude are

the food from here is fresh and tasty... I always order chicken shish and has always been great... yes I've ordered from all kebab shops in cwmbran to find the best one.. its not swimming in greese it's just perfect.... can't praise the staff enough if you have a problem they will sort it.... anyone giving these guys bad feedback are living on a different planet... if a mistake is made at least give them chance to rectify it before leaving bad feedback... I orded from here a few times and always comes hot tasty and fresh not swimming in greese... can't praise them enough... if you have a problem with your order they will sort you out.... staff&delivery guys friendly and helpful.... talk to them before leaving negative feedback.... second chances and all that.... good work guys
