Pie and curry night Monday's my partner had the chicken makiani curry enjoyed and I had the steak and Guinness pie lovely homemade food piping hot and reasonable prices just down the road from us will definitely return ?

Beautiful Sunday roast here today. Lamb and beef both stunning and plenty of meat and fresh veg. Will definitely return. Loads of tasty gravy and huge Yorkshire puddings!

Will visit again 100% I’ve seen a few reviews popping up about this place after its very respectable refurb, so after a walk along the fourteen locks we went just to check it out. Not many tables though so if it’s towards the weekend possibly reserve a tableParking: About 12 spaces if people park with care

Wow! We came here for burger night after the food had been recommended. This is a lovely pub which has been recently refurbished and is really clean and modern. The food was absolutely beautiful. We came for burger night and had the JD burger with loaded fries… 10/10. We will definitely be returning!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Sunday lunch , by far the best we have ever had ( and we eat out a lot ) can also recommend the steak and ale pie on pie night .Very friendly and welcoming pub 10/10

This pub has a very active social media presence so I knew it was burger night tonight and rang ahead to book and boy did it not disappoint! Plenty of space to eat and drink outside on the new decking that has only recently been redone and when sat out there, especially in the early evening when the sun is going down and the string lights above are lit up, the atmosphere is so chill! We each had a burger and upgraded our fries to loaded fries and everything tasted so good!! Good portion size for what you pay and quite reasonably prices for the quality of the food! Staff were also really welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you which is always a bonus! Highly recommend, will be coming back for food definitely!
