Normally brilliant and something we use as a family regularly..... Unfortunately tonight it's taken over an hour and half (still waiting) for our order. My children are now missing out as they are asleep..... No mention when ordering on that there was this wait....Not great and upset kids now ?

Ordered two takeaway pizza deals through Uber Ears last night from here at 19:15, only to receive the food at 21:10. Ridiculous! No updates from the restaurant or Uber Eats about the wait time. I had to ring the restaurant twice to ask where our food was. No apology from the staff on the phone and there is no option anywhere to request a refund either. £27 and a two hour wait later and we are not impressed. Will not order from here again unfortunately.

Lovely pizza. Very fresh Lovely soft dough. Chips were really nice too, with a tasty seasoning. Will definitely order again. Only disappointment was how long the delivery took. 45 minutes more than stated. But it was a Saturday night.

Ordered a meal for when the family got home, 8pm. Meal turned up at 19:30 and was stone cold by the time they got home. Called them and was advised they don’t do time slots however their website clearly does. To make matter worse they sent the wrong pizza and to be fair they said they would rush out a replacement. I’m guessing they did as when it arrived the dough wasn’t cooked. Full meal for a family and 2 pizzas and chips went in the bin. Will not use again which is a shame as they have been good before.

Best pizza in South wales, unbelievable especially if have the garlic drizzle on top. Chips really nice too. Try to avoid ordering prime time otherwise there can be lengthy delays
