Ordered a large half-and-half pizza from Pizza Hut in Cwmbran and it was a game changer! The perfect balance of flavors on each side catered to everyone's taste at the table. Oh My God I never had ordered delivery from pizza hut. Today I made this massive mistake! Instead order my Dominos I decided to order pizza hut instead and never I mean never felt so dessappointed like today. Pizza so dry dont have hardly any cheese. Where is the cheese??? It was bad pizza disgusting so I would advise Dominos instead this pizza Hut wich hurted my stomack is not good so bad!

Service in this place is unbelievably slow. Ordered 2 pizza’s for takeaway and had to wait over an hour to collect. 1 pizza had to be remade as they had got the order wrong the first time. This Pizza Hut made the simplicity of takeaway… painful.

Ordered online. Waited well over an hour. No updates on the system just stating the time expected, that was well past. Call made our ordered had been waiting but issues with delivery drivers. Would have been at least half hour longer so we opted to collect… lots of others in the same situation as us there no real apologies given. Manager then stated that our food was cold so would need to be remade which because of all the orders in the same situation would take a long time. Was not able to get a refund there advised to contact head office for our refund. Manager stated that we could possibly get some money off our next order but I will never order from there again after this experience.can’t rate the food as we never actually received it!

Kinda funny how this place is still operating given that they’ve screwed up every order I’ve ever had with them. My last order was atrocious. 2 hours late, cold and my driver sat on the box, crushing the pizza. Workers there should be ashamed.
