Very rude lady on the phone didn't seem to care that food turned up cold and dumped on the doorstep.Kebab was gross and full of curly doner that had obviously been around for hours.I also had a bad case of diarrhoea last time I ordered from them.Thought I'd give them a second chance. That was obviously stupid. Avoid at all costs.

Used to order all the time but the last couple of times it has been a nightmare. Forgot 3 items on a previous order and they wouldn’t send out the items that were missing that I paid for. Tonight they forgot chips from my order so I rang them and then waited an hour for chips.

Completely messed up our order, despite the young girl on the phone repeating our order back to us. We were told we’d have to wait 20 minutes for our fresh order and waited 40 minutes for a replacement, and to top it off when raising the frustration with a phone call, the lady on the phone turned it into our fault and hung up. Doesn’t stop there… rang back for an apology to a different girl answering argumentatively and who also put the phone down on me. Lost another loyal customer tonight?
Been ordering from here for years and never had a issue.. my last 2 orders have been a complete nightmare due to the new member of staff that is taking the orders over the phone.. I've never spoke to anyone who messes up the order so much.. she took my order and read out completely different items than I asked for. Took few attempts for her to get the order right. Then on delivery half was missing. Rang back and she still didn't get it right.. its the 2nd time in a row and its been the same women.. seriously need to change who takes the orders because if she answers the phone I won't be ordering ..

The woman who took my order over the phone didn’t understand English so got the order wrong so I called up and they said they would bring the correct items when the delivery woman showed up she then invited herself into my property by the door while I went in to get the wrong food items for them to be

I order from here eve6time we want a kebab. Tonight I wanted to try something different a kebab wrap made from real Turkish bread. Well it came wrapped in a tortilla, I really was disappointed as the price did not reflex the product
