I've been dying to try here, and it didn't disappoint. It's hidden away a little so did take a little longer to find, but suppose its a hidden gem.The food was delicious, it was a proper greasy big burger filled with dripping cheese and slam burgers. Exactly what most burger eaters want. They want that American style of burger where it looks bigger than your head, and eating it feels like you're going to have a heart attack. Perfect.I had the megladon which was 4 patties, and it was delicious. All the burger options looks so nice and makes you want to return. It was safe to safe I returned home and slept.Jackdaniels honey chicken loaded fries was my side, which was delicious. I didn't get much of a jack daniels taste, but it was delicious whatever it was. I think I wanted this sticky chicken, with a glaze. It wasn't what I got, but I still demolished it. It was lovely side.The chicken wings, are actually a decent size. You felt that they were worth the money. Some places wings are abit meh and pointless. These were chunky and had a lot of meat on the bone.Burgers: £11-13Chips: £8Wings: around £8 I think.For the price point, and what you get. I would be happy to reattend again. I felt like I was eating a true americanised burger.Recommended ten times over.

Had our first Sharkbites tonight and all I can say is it was stunning. Taste was amazing and the food presentation was excellent. Highly recommend this place. An easy 10/10 ??

5 star from us.Delivered on timeFood looked great! Presented well and in decent packaging for a change. The food tasted brilliant.I had a Goblin Shark and Firing chicken loaded fries. Just hot enough to obtain a runny nose. Lovely.Others ordered, The Great White single, Halloumi Fries, Daddy Shark Single, Jack Daniels Honey BBQ Chicken loaded fries.Everyone's happy and very satisfied. Great little hole in the wall place, would definitely go again. I had the Xmas special "santa jaws" very messy so I had to take the slow cooled beef put of it first before eating the burger. Definitely a mouth workout still with the size of the burger alone!!

Travelled about an hour to get here with a group of 4.When we arrived the inside was freezing & if I’m honest I wouldn’t have ate there If is seen the interior prior.Ordered food, (which you have to go up and order) wait time wasn’t bad compared to some reviews I’ve seen (40mins for us) but the fries and wings came out stone cold.(I don’t mind cold wings but we asked for the chips to be heated)By the time we got the chips back we had all finished our meals.The burgers were nice but not great.I think there’s a lot of work to be done but all in all it was .. ok.

Sharkbites is simply amazing every time we go there, the food is always high quality and delicious you never want it to end. The staff are always so polite and friendly the moment you walk through the door to being served throughout and just really makes the experience.
Ordered at 19.41, had very few updates and then at 21.50 had an email cancelling the order, too late to make alternative plans so left a factual and polite post on the Sharkbite Facebook page which allows this, explaining the experience only to be blocked and banned immediately.It’s not about what goes wrong, things happen, but about how it’s dealt with, and ignoring and putting your head in the sand doesn’t work. I’ve read lots on your social media about things going wrong and people being let down, but decided to ignore it, but looks like they were right,Had contact on messenger from the owner asking me to contact their page direct (that I was blocked from) and offering an excuse with something to do with it being Just Eats fault, but a business picks it’s partners to service it’s customers, that’s not the customers fault.Then I received a further message with more excuses and saying that “I was going to offer you a free meal” (past tense) presumably this was some sort of strange way of blaming me for the issue as no free meal was offered (it wasn’t wanted expected by the way, wasn’t asked for and wouldn’t have been accepted).A really strange and very negative experience which honestly would have been better if the owner (Mark) had never contacted me, his passive aggressive messages were very strange given all we had done is tried to place a midweek order for some food (which is what they apparently offer).I rarely leave a negative review, but when you are a local business pushing a high end and appropriately priced service you need to actively and honestly take responsibility for all outcomes, whether you like them or not.We won’t be customers again, nor recommend anyone else is, which is a pity. Just ordered two burgers and it turned into a saga and the owner passively blaming me for being not satisfied with the experience. Just odd.

Well what can I say.... have ordered a few times now and always amazing food and service... First time last night had a problem with the order... driver mixed up my order with another customer... but reordered tonight what I was suppost to have last night.. but order got cancelled by the driver... but fair play to tasha and Mark they sorted it out quickly for me.. (mark delivered it to me himself) so it wouldn't go cold.... santa tankd box is absolutely amazing ?
