Would say at least 50% of the time I visit they don't have the beyond meat breakfast roll. This is early in the day too. Happened so often I've stopped bothering to visit.

Cwmbran is in a sad state when Starbucks is one of the better places to get your

Nice staff but the shop is dirty and in dire need of a refit to be more like the new drive Thu stores. Not a nice atmosphere

Use Newport and Cwmbran.. of which rather Newport..Cwmbran needs more staff always long queue to get served and obviously they get buizy times but very good service all the same so no complaints about any of um they're going as quickly as they can good teamwork in both ?

Went to cwmbran Starbucks, toilet still isn't in use since I went months ago .What's this you have to pay by card rubbish ? Will always use Costa from now on as I like to use cash .
The furniture really needs updating very tattered and falling apart rips in chairs tables massively worn.Staff was great though.

The staff were rude and unreasonable. We sat outside with a dog on metal chairs (no cushions or anything to get dog hair on) with drinks from elsewhere but were about to go into starbucks for coffee anyway and were firmly told those seats were for customers only so I apologise and head in to buy the drinks from starbucks, while I'm inside another waitress goes out and again tells my brother he has to leave with the dog and waited for him to pick up his stuff and go even after he explained I was inside buying drinks (there was a dog inside the starbucks btw) we left with our drinks and will not be going back, the staff didn't even try to be nice about it. Also one of the tables had loads of empty cups left on it which they didn't have time to clean up despite having time to come and tell us to leave TWICE. We did of course comply but they could have been a lot nicer about it and more reasonable.
