If i new a would have to wait one and a half hours for delivery of cold food that had to be put in micro wave before eating i would not have bothered menu in the bin with half the cold food yuk??

Ordered food at 5pm to be delivered at 8pm, food come at 8:30pm with only half of the order, whist phoned to tell them the Lady was rude on the phone saying she send the rest out when they get time, hour and half passed and still not turned up, so phoned again to the response from the rude lady that they are busy and bad weather, so could not send the rest of my order. 2weeks on and still refusing to give me a refund or talk 2 me. ADVOID THIS PLACE

Well, the food came relatively quick and the amount of meat was generous but that’s where it stopped.Chicken Bhuna was super under seasoned. Had barely any flavour whatsoever, just had a slightly sweet and banana-like taste. The sauce was very loose and it looked like slop.Lamb pathia was probably the worst I’ve had. Again, VERY loose sauce that looked straight out of a jar. I know it’s a sweet curry but it should not be THAT sweet. You could taste none of the spices or depth of flavour there. The lamb was rock hard on the outside too. Ate about 3 mouthfuls and left it.Naan bread was very doughy. Popadums were fine, but the hot chilli sauce tasted of nothing but vinegar.We strayed from our usual Saffron Kitchen this evening to try somewhere new and we totally regret it.

Worst meal I ever had. To top it off very bad customer service by the lady who took the order. First of all I order a chicken madras and received a chicken tikka madras I phoned up to say I order chicken madras not chicken tikka, the lady goes to me at least you received chicken. My Nan was well over cooked and to crispy and not soft. Delivery time was initially 1hr but received my meal 1hr 40mins after ordering. Not a happy customer. I would not recommend curry kitchen to anyone. I Should have stuck my regular with zaffran Cwmbrân.

Very disappointed with my food. what's happened it used to be so tasty the naan bread was under cooked and doughy .not happy and to be cancelled 5 times through using apps to order is disgusting.. not ordering again ?

Finally I am happy with something I ordered from Just Eat! Food is lovely, and the naan bread is massive! The delivery man was polite and friendly. Glad I have found a nice local takeaway. Suggestions could be to have more descriptions of the menu items including spice levels and have a vegetarian paneer dish! Thank you, highly recommended ?Vegetarian options: Good selection of some of my favourite vegetarian Indian foods and lovely fresh salad.

I paid for an order tonight on your website, you took my money from my account but haven’t bothered delivering the food and there is no information about requesting a refund.No refund given, they told me they were going to deliver it at 9:30, it didn’t turn up at 9:30 so I rang them to see what’s up, and they told me order was on its way, it’s now 11pm and still no sign of my order. I want a refund asap and I’ll never order from here again. Absolute goose chase and I’m out of pocket for an order that doesn’t exist.

Ordered a meal at 5pm, advised that we had our meal delivered at 6.30pm . When calling they advised that the health board was there checking them and they couldn't cook anything . Said at 7pm my food is started to be cooked now . Be with you in 20 mins . We waited till 8pm and still no food . Called and they said it wil be with us again in 20mins as it's out with the driver. Sam turned up the driver with the food at 8.15pm and he said that it wasn't the health board they had a gas leak. The problem I have is, lies . The curry kitchen I have gone to for many years, but for the past 12 months they have gone down hill. They say a time of when your meal is ready and you have to stand in the shop for an average 20 mins wanting. An extra bit of customer care . If it's going to be late call the customer, don't lie, be honest This is the last straw now . I won't be going back . Shame because it is a nice curry shop

Food is normally ok but today the chips were rock hard . 3 bags of chips for the kids and they were inedible. They have only just opened . Yesterday’s food maybe ? Absolutely disgusting
