Waiting over a hour for delivery, food was warm (just) , worryingly the kofte was not cooked , order at your peril bad service can be forgiven, undercooked minced lamb cannot , will be informing food standards agency first thing

Absolutely shocking ordered food from these and it never showed up refused to answer the phone my partner went to the store and had to demand our money back and bare in mind i live up the road Absolutely shocking paid 21.20

Food was boiling last week and now freezing this week wrong sauces as well and when I spoke to store over the just wat driver trying to bill me again they apologised I rang them after opening my food both pizza and kebab freezing cold and the guy on call tried to call me a liar and blame it on the sauces and stuff on the kebab missing helipinos mint sauce on there which wasn’t asked for an food freezing
Ordered yummies after I came home from a long shift. I ordered pizza, cookies and a Dr Pepper. The best part of the meal was the dr pepper. Pizza was standard and you have a look at the cookies yourself. They’re full of cooking oil. Pretty sure they’re gone off or

Wish I could give a 0. Had a daddy long legs in my food, I went in they laughed saying it was just from the light and they’ve refused a refund. Reported to environmental health.

On Saturday the 9th september at 9:15pm , me and my friends ordered a yummies meal that cost nearly £50, the order arrived and we were missing our desserts, we called up to ask if we were going to receive them or compensation, the woman we spoke to was rude and said things such as “it can’t be that serious as your friends are laughing in the background” . Yummies then transferred us to a driver who was also rude then proceeded to hang up on us during our conversation . We then got told to call Uber eats who were lovely and proceeded to give us a refund for the deserts we ordered but did not receive. Furthermore the condiments in our meals were missing and hair was found in our food however we did not contact yummies regarding this as we were unaware of this at the time of our complaint. As you can see in the photo attached, we ordered Ben and jerries and cookies along with our orders.

Usually love this place. Think they might have had an owner change because it’s all gone downhill. Manager is less than helpful and isn’t interested in your complaint because they can’t handle the stress of a kitchen. Food arrived 1 hour late and was stone cold. Not good…
