I order from here once or twice a month and have done so over the past years. Never had a problem. The food is always good and it arrives in good time. Never, ever experienced problems in all the years I've ordered from here.

Terrible! Staff are rude and will lie to cover for their poor customer service. I ordered to collect and waited 30 minutes with no other customers in store before despite being able to see my pizza was ready the entire time, I cancelled the order rather than wait longer. When I complained to their customer service about it I got a reply saying they were banning me because their staff made up allegations of abuse when confronted with the complaint. After that I wouldn't trust them to prepare my food!

Domino's used to be better! I have ordered 2 large Veggi Supreme pizzas, when I opened the boxes at home, I found one of them has no cheese on it!
They serve the best pizza u can imagine! Its so delicious and there are many different combinations you can do.

Placed a £50 order with the fforestfach branch @ 12 noon. We are based only 5 minutes down the road - didn't get our ordered until 1.40 pm which was cold - understand that they may have been busy but they need to contact their customers to let them know if they are going to be over an hour late. Offered a credit to our account but we will not be ordering from them again they should have offered a discount off the cold order we just ate. Shame really - very disappointed.

Great service and top quality pizzas . Staff are well trained and polite . I've been using this branch for a couple of years now . Only one mishap with an incorrect order but the issue was resolved within 15 minutes . Can't fault them . Best dominoes pizza in Swansea !
