Fabulous place. The reception you receive from the host Donna, is amazing. Accommodation very clean and everything you need, even a fridge with water and fresh milk for tea and coffee. The breakfast is unbelievable, freshly made to order and served by the lovely Sylvia. Just fab. Location is only 10 minutes away from Portmerion and Porthmadog, so ideal for days out. Can't really praise the place enough. ExcellentRooms: Very clean and comfortable, and large bath towels

A really lovely stay - Donna and the team gave us a first class experience and the rooms and location were perfect. We were able to make our way easily to Y Wyddfa, Portmeirion, Harlech, Barmouth and Caernarfon without any trouble whatsoever. Breakfast was lovely as was the local pub, the Ship Aground. And all round brilliant stay!

The welcome, ambience, cleanliness and comfort are second to none. We had a lovely stay (our second) and will definitely be back. The rooms are large, with extra large comfortable bed (we had the best night's sleep)! Breakfast was excellent. The fridge was stocked with milk and bottled water. The fridge and microwave are a great addition, especially as we don't always want to eat out. Thank you Donna xx

Very clean & fresh room, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast! Great location, real milk in fridge for your tea and coffee, water in fridge and biscuits. Staff kept asking if we needed anything extra or advice.Would recommend!

Donna , family and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well supplied. Breakfasts were excellent. Ours had a wet room which my husband was able to get round in his wheelchair. Bonus was the patio area by the brook. Very relaxing place to while away the time.

As a wheelchair user this room was perfect for us.Wheel in wetroom/shower.grab bars and very large bedroom.Simple touches such as fresh milk in your fridge for tea or coffee etc.Donnas attention to detail is amazing and the full cooked breakfast is made from local produce cooked to order in the dining room every morning.Close by car to Portmadog,Portmerion and Harlec castle.Lovely relaxing break.Food & drinks: Local pub- Ship Aground is 2 minutes walk and flat to access.Does homecooked food every day.

Well where do I start! From the beginning to the end I loved it here. I'm sure Donna the hostess and I could be friends. We were greeted at the door by Donna and she was so friendly as were all of the staff. The rooms are tasteful and only the best bedding, towels and furnishings are used. Nothing was missed from milk in the fridge to a makeup remover cloth in the bathroom. Shampoo etc provided plus tissues and water. A very comprehensive file is provided with everything you could want included in it. The location was good. In the middle of everything with the longest drive to Prestatyn being an hour away. Just loved it.

What an amazing stay, rooms are individually styled to a very high standard, very clean and comfortable, the owners and staff can't do enough to make you welcome. Breakfasts are great and cooked to order, would highly recommend.

Loved it. It was fantastically clean and cosy. The cooked breakfast was one of the best ever. Donna the host was lovely and extremely helpful.Nearby activities: Close to Portmeiron and Porthmadog ffestiniog railway. Nice food at the local pub which was in walking distance.

My wife found this little Gem recently and we booked 2 nights towards the end of June. Its a very well organised Motel in the true sense of Motels ie Bungalow type rooms and a central facilities area. Our Room 6, Twin, was great. Everything from very comfortable beds through Small fridge (fresh milk provided), TV, Kettle and the likes. Though we had a few fellow guests the soundproofing is superb. On a B&B basis We found the Breakfast totally delightful with Donna and her staff being as attentive as possible and the quality of the freshly cooked fayre..2nd to none. In particular my Full English had the most tasty Bacon I am sure I ever tasted in fact I'd go as far as to say that Quality and taste wise it was the best Catered Breakfast I have ever had. I must thank Donna in particularly for recommending we visit the Welsh National Slate Museum at Llanberis on our way back up north. To say I was blown away by it is a big understatement even in the Rain. For a Free entry Museum WOW.. Thankyou Estuary. We have you firmly in our "Must Return" diary.
