Prima locatie, goede kamers. Goed ontbijt.

We had a wonderful stay in the Apple Store. Great hosts who take time to get to know you. Amazing breakfast waitress and chef. It was serviced daily and we loved the mezzanine bedroom and hot tub. A little disappointed with the cooking facilities and the amount of crockery and cutlery.

This place is magical! With a beautiful old church and graveyard to one side, and a little cove to the other it feels like you're in a proper haven. As the name suggests. Our room (Gofan) was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a little fridge which had fresh milk daily, and cold water. With french doors onto our own little garden, it felt very private. Excellent sound proofing - the only noise we heard was the dawn chorus and the wind blowing through the trees. Breakfast was delicious - freshly cooked, and very good quality. Jan was helpful and friendly. Wifi a bit temperamental, and the telly didn't get much of a signal. So we listened to the radio - no problem. Well placed for the boat to Skomer, and walks along the beautiful coastline. The Brook Inn was very warm and friendly, and did a good curry and pint night on a Friday - only 15 minutes walk.

Just got back from a 6 night stay at this tranquil, lush, and beautiful B&B. Jan and Rob were great hosts and very accommodating. Jan makes the best homemade breads and fruit preserves. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The rooms were very comfortable. Quiet and the forest is filled with birds and birdsongs. We chose this location because it was close to the launching point to Skomer Island which we visited 3 times during our stay. Our hosts drove us there and back, about 15 minutes away, for a small fee. Those puffins were amazing! There is a small refrigerator in the room and I would recommend bringing some food from the nearest supermarket which is in Milford Haven. There is one place to eat about a 15 minute walk away and a few more restaurants that are close by but a car is needed. There is taxi service too. It's also a great place to walk with easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Trail. Thanks Jan and Rob for a great experience!

Certainly a unique B&B set in a quiet peaceful valley with a short walk via a woodland path to a beautiful cove , our room was in a converted stable block set away from the Manor House , it was compact but had everything we needed , ( although tv reception was poor , it wasn’t a major problem ! ) breakfast was served in the Manor House dining room , was absolutely delicious , I would highly recommend this B&B while secretly wishing I could keep it just for ourselves ! Just perfect

Quiet, little gem in a beautiful area. The rooms are separate from the Manor where the delicious, high quality breakfast is served. There is a pretty and interesting church next to and a tranquillizing stream. The small beach is around 5 minutes walk. The owners are very welcoming.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Ideal location, very peaceful and wonderful breakfasts. Bread baked fresh each day, home made chutney, marmalade and veggie Glamorgan sausages, just brilliant. All the people who work there are happy, interested and hard working. The rooms were good, but they are rather small and there was no real window in our bedroom, which had a tiny lounge area with glazed doors and windows at the front. The cobwebs in the bathroom ceiling were not disturbed by the cleaning, but everything else was very clean and fresh. Although there was a temporary fault with the underfloor heating, we were plenty warm enough without having to use the temporary free-standing heater that was thoughtfully provided.I think we were lucky to be the only guests most of the time, although there were people there for odd nights during our stay and the layout of the rooms mean that you are very aware of those in neighbouring rooms. Not all guests seemed to realise that they were drowning out the peace and quiet of birdsong. We thought that it would feel a bit too crowded if all the rooms were occupied. The internet was intermittent, which would not have been particularly problematic except that the TV ran from the WiFi, so when the WiFi was down, there was no TV.The surroundings are glorious. Walks start at the door of the accommodation so there is no need to drive anywhere to go on a hike. And there is a beautiful little church next door, ancient and interesting with a little brook running alongside. This really is an idyllic place and I hope we may return some time soon!

Our visit was awesome. The B&B is billed as a 4 star…true. Service as a 5 star….very true. Jan was very accommodating to our needs going beyond the call of duty to meet our hiking requirements. She is an excellent cook using the finest ingredients.

Down a typically tight Pembroke lane you arrive at this stunningly beautiful and rather classy set up. You then relax completely because everything is done so well; the food, the accommodation, the gardens, the little stone beach down a 5 minute walk behind the main building the people…everything. We’re definitely going back again.

The location, facilities and service was superb. Somewhere I will recommend to friends and family for their holiday. We will definitely return for another holiday. Thank you to Jan and all the team for a lovely holiday

Great location, good for Dale and you can plausibly walk along the cliff there. Lovely surroundings. Compact but all that you need. Covid restrictions meant no cooked breakfast in the house but generous breakfast delivered direct to your door each morning. Lovely spot and very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had tv, fridge, shower, comfortable bed. Quiet. Very quiet! And dark too - a real escape from civilisation. In terms of wrinkles - not many. We were out for most of the day which meant we didn't get the chance really to ask for more teabags/milk etc during the day and got back a bit too late to feel able to ask for them at night. Would have been nice to be able to tick a sheet etc or ask at breakfast and have items put in the fridge. Could have done with a scrubber sponge for mugs - or leave with brekkie items and have clean items delivered back during the day.
