Breakfast was not very good overcooked and cold told staff but they were to busy talking to do anything about it

Not enough tills open for the number of customers. With the current influx of visitors to the county there should be better facilities. Who wants to spend ages queueing with all the Covid19 in the county...you could be standing next to someone who is infectious for an unnecessary length of time . So come on Morrisons open more tills!

Depending on day you go recently lots of stock on shop floor on pallets, one or two tills open if lucky and self service normally very busy with one staff member running about and always feel sorry for them

Friendly staff nice cafe, store well laid out, covid rules still in use which makes you feel safe when shopping. Covid rules are more relaxed it left to personal preference as to wearing Mask or not I still do. Covid rules relaxed cafe back to normal. Morrisons just the same as before though prices are starting to rise quite fast seem to change each week. I have reduced 5 star to 4 star because the cafe has started to go down hill went in the other day was wanting fish and chips but no fish my wife was going to have a lasagne but they were not doing it they were only doing breakfast items and chips. The other thing is dirty dishes are not being quick enough and the tables need to be cleaned properly. It's pretty obvious that they are short staffed and the management are not interested, we like to have a meal before or sometimes after we do our shopping no cafe may as well go somewhere else to shop. No change. Had tea at Morrisons today, but it its obvious that management is just not interested in the cafe. Short staff no hot food after 3 o'clock etc.

Pretty horrendous . No coffee machine and instant coffee offered at the same price. Ordered a mega breakfast foe hubby and a normal one for me. When it eventually arrived, hubby uncovered his sausages hidden under fried bread. Cremated ! When I complained I was offered extra bacon and hash browns. Apparently the sausages weren't cooking properly! Too late to exchange, we left.

Visited during extended opening hours at christmas. Filled a trolley, but not a single checkout open at end of day. Told to use self checkout - which is not designed for a trolley load. Several staff stood around looking very uninterested, anyone of which could have quickly reopened a till but that would have been asking too much given the atmosphere and attitude. Very poor service.Staff clearly didnt want to be there that late. Will shop elsewhere in future
Pleasurable. Well stocked produce. Didn't have to queue for payment. Staff very helpful/pleasant.

Always feel have to use self service as even with multiple check outs only 1 or 2 are open. Staff always helpful but can see they are stretched and stressed.

Love this store, a very relaxed shop, but low score for the condition of the toilets, brocken toilet, blocked drains , cold air blower and no soap, come on management sort toilets out, it's a disgrace.

Waited in the ordering queue for at least 15 minutes. It looked there were 2 staff on duty who were rushed off their feet. Eventually I ordered my scrambled egg on toast to be told that it was a 40 minute wait for hot food. It was 12:30 so a lunchtime rush shouldn't really come as a surprise. It's not the staff it's the management who haven't allocated enough people. I'm not going to risk it in future, I'll go somewhere else.
