Me and my husband ordered a foot long meatball marinara. When we got home the meatballs were stone cold and we only live 2 minutes from the shop so they should of been still hot. When I took a bite out of a meatball it tasted gone off and made me feel very sick. My husband had the same taste to his. We were very disappointed at the service and the product. Will not be returning there.

We went for a long river walk yesterday morning {Bank Holiday Monday} and, finishing near Castle Square, decided we needed some nice hot food. Subway looked inviting! The two staff members were very cheerful, friendly, and welcoming as soon as we walked inside; attending to us straight away with helpful suggestions. We wanted to try the veggie/vegan range that we had heard of and were impressed with the choice. It's a great little takeaway/eat-in restaurant. The interior is bright and spotlessly clean with pristine tables and chairs. We almost ate in but we needed to press on. We were impressed with the nice selection of fillings and salads on display behind a sparkling screen. Overall, a lovely experience. Highly recommended. I must add a big THANK YOU to the staff for being there in these strange times. You made us feel very comfortable. Stay well and all best wishes to you.

It was very poor and rushed the staff were so frantic to get customers through. I got a box salad which was basically a box of frantically thrown in salad whatever the poor staff could throw in.
It's a Subway. This means you can already visualise what you're going into.Now, make it neater and definitely cleaner than most Subway's. The staff actually mop and clean and it looks like it was opened recently, instead of the usual muck-in-the corners place you were visualising at the start.It's also really hot on a sunny day, so expect to get fairly warm while you're waiting!Staff friendly and service quick.

Just ordered the nacho chicken and "crispers" the chicken was so disappointing... but the crispers, could not have been worse, soggy uncooked rubbish... thankfully the subs are good.
