Absolutely amazing meal here Saturday. We were a table of 9 and were seated altogether, food was fast and impeccable quality. Service was so friendly, drinks were also fast. We all had 2/3 courses each and it was perfect, thoroughly enjoyed and we would all recommend visitingDietary restrictions: We had a GF and DF member of our party and their needs were catered for carefully

Looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday evening that could provide a nice meal with a gluten free option. The staff were very welcoming and the meal was delicious. Ten out of ten for service, pleasant atmosphere and excellent Gluten Free menu. Thank you!

The absolute best place in Haverfordwest!! My partner and I were treated to three courses and a few cocktails. Espresso martinis and dark and stormies.. delish! Goat cheese salad starter was amazing!! The salad was full of goodies- from radishes to pomegranate seeds and everything in between. My partner had the smoked duck salad - equally as good! We had pan fried fresh sea bass cooked to perfection in a lemon and herb butter, we also had fillet steak with peppercorn sauce (and we ordered port and Stilton sauce as a sneaky dip for the chips) Steak couldn’t have been cooked any better and the sauces were divine! The coolest decor and the best staff- they all sang along with the Birthday song for my partner too- winners ?? Thank you George’s!!

Unfortunately, this place has become very tired….. used to visit several years ago and was always treated with some quality food and a quirky ambiance. Visited this week and sat outside in the walled garden area which was rather bedraggled; as if nobody has cared for the place for months on end… a sad reflection on its past beauty. We ordered a seafood chowder and goat’s cheese salad and a bottle of white. The salad was one piece of tasty goats cheese but served on an uninspired salad of lettuce leaves and two cherry tomatoes - no slaw, no sprouting greens, no imagination….. The chowder was a bowl of pink slop served with chips; I have no idea what that chowder was made from but thank goodness there was chips to eat as the slop was of very poor quality. Unfortunately this place has lost its way and needs a complete refresh.

We had a fantastic lunch here yesterday. It was busier and noisier than when we've been before, but it wasn't too long a wait for food. I had garlic mushroom crepes with a lovely varied salad and bread, and my Son had the chicken curry. Absolutely delicious and full of flavour. My only concern was how much less stock there appeared to be in your shop compared to previously. I hope you're not going to stop selling the striped rainbow crockery? I've been collecting that for decades ???❤

While visiting an old friend, I was told I was going to be taken for a meal put in a special place. That is what I would call The Gearges, special. Food, service and ambiance of the place along side the booths down stairs was brilliant. My next visiting friends will involve another meal at The Gearges.

The absolute worst experience ever! Many things were terrible but I will focus on the food. Three of us ordered, each dish seemed to have been plated up in advance and heated in the microwave, as they were specials there was no warning of the ridiculous cost which would of just lead us to have chips instead. Three kidney dishes were presented to us with a tiny amount of food in them. This is not a fine dining place just a rubbish pub so no excuses for this. The actual taste was revolting from the two specialties and my pasta was little more than £0.60p of cheap pastas with £0.10p of tinned tomato on top! Absolutely unacceptable for £15!! My previous review did not make it on here, so here is another one. You are a disgrace to the service industry and should be investigated by trading standards.

Quite a few things on the menu were not available and the waitress didn't let us know until after we had ordered and paid. Poor girl had to keep coming back to us. In fairness it was her first day, and she was lovely and apologetic. The seating was very close to other patrons. It's a quirky place, definitely unique. Food sounded better than it tasted, felt like not a lot of care had gone into it's preparation. Maybe busier than they can handle?

Came across this lovely restaurant by chance. Luckily they were able to squeeze us in ?. Food was Outstanding! Plenty of choice with Vegetarian, Vegan and GF options available- we had a country pate with “walled garden” jelly and a sun dried tomato red pepper hummus for starters. Both came with ample Melba toast/pitta bread and a delicious small salad. Main courses: Gressingham Duck breast with port, orange and cranberry Sauce and Sea Bass fillets with a lemon and butter sauce. Both came with the options of New potatoes/chips, vegetables/salad. Sadly we didn’t have room for any of the delicious desserts on offer (we will have to come again ?) , but opted for coffee. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. If you are in the area this is one NOT to be missed!

Always fab ! I think I've eaten most of the meals on the menu. Good quality ingredients, yummy meals. Staff are always friendly, and there's always a warm welcome . Love just to pop in for a coffee if we're not eating. Interesting shopping available. Highly recommend
