I have been too dozens of KFC's over the years. This one has the worst customer service ever. We ordered burger and chips with cola. The cola was flat and warm, so took it back to exchange it but was told we can't because it was all flat. So asked to change for coffee and was told can only exchange for what's on taps. IE other soft drink, the guy then just walked off. So when he came back asked for money back which he totally ignored. Eventually as our food was now getting cold we got a water and tango which was also flat and warm. If this happened in a McDonald's they would do almost anything to satisfy you, even give you coffee which is a few pence more. Will not return to this one.

Decide to have a takeaway I order a zinger meal the burger was tasteless the fries were cold and the smallest filet I have ever seen was so salty I could not eat it, the best part of the meal was the iced tea. Will not be going there again even though it is only just up the road.

I once came here and expected big things as I had once been to a kfc in the city if london located South of this store, where I was provided with a chunk of chicken instead of a cookie as compensation for them running out disgusted I seeked my revenge and triumphed victoriously with a zinger burger and cheesea for 40 p more absouloutley sensational
Interior is nice and fresh. Service for takeout was quick and good. Quiet in side.

Ordered enough for 6 people including a bucket. Realised they'd forgotten the drink before we left the store and then checked the rest of the order and two portions of chips were missing too. They did rectify it when we told them but a bit irritating. Food was fine, what you'd expect

Went to KFC Holyhead tonight. After about 7 minutes eventually got served. Then 2 or 3 people who came afterme got served 1st. After asking what was happening to my order, they finally got it sorted around 25 minutes later. The chicken in the 2 piece variety meals was very small. The staff had no organisation. Instead of assigning someone on the till full time to clear the backlog, the guy was also trying to get the order ready which created a big queue, whist some in the back was standing in the back doing nothing. Could have done with a team leader who could look after the staff.

This Drive Thru is horrendous. Had a really bad experience before- had over 1/2hr wait, order was completely wrong and forgot my drink. Submitted a complaint via email to KFC headquarters and got no reply. Went into the restaurant with another family and had a lovely meal, so gave the Drive Thru another chance…… Bad mistake, once again order wrong, and I know we ordered Mini Fillets but MINI was the operative word, most were very thin. Definitely not using the Drive Thru again. 1/10 for speed,
