Live in Holyhead. Very rare they get your order spot on. Awful attitude by most of the employees there. People aren't even asking much sometimes, but they put no effort into upholding a good standard. Some odd ones there might.

A very small and busy Mds , small car park, dirty surroundungs, lots of rubbish ? and the grubbiest Mds I've ever been in! I was on holiday and was not impressed!

I cleaned the table myself and underneath the table there was loads of rubbish on the floor.
Kids order was wrong & they got cheese in their burger orders. The place was scruffy & quite dirty, including the toilets.

Provided us with the wrong meal on drivethru. (Chicken burger, which should have been a McCrispy chicken burger). Was a bit miffed we had to go inside to complain. They gave us the correct order then, but had to wait awhile.

Good experience. Neat dine in areas with friendly staff. A big car park is available which is amazing.Parking: A lot of free parking slots are available.

Fairly clean & tidy and good to pop in to.I'm knocking a star off, as I have the McD phone app (for bonus points), which hasn't opened on the last two visits.McD aren't responsible for O2 coverage, but it wouldn't open on their own McD Wi-Fi - and there was hardly anyone in there.Have to update that there is still an occasional problem in Holyhead with badly behaved local teenage schoolkids horsing around, throwing food at each other and leaving a mess. Staff are obviously trying their best, but they really need to get on top of this, as it puts normal people off going. I've taken one star off atmosphere for this.
