Burnt Toast
I recently visited McDonald's Holyhead to get my usual order, a Big Mac with bacon. However, I was shocked and disappointed when I discovered there was no bacon on the burger. To make matters worse, there was milkshake all over the burger because the server “skye” had apparently dropped it in my bag. she basically growled at me as she handed me my food. 0 customer service skills.
I went back through the drive-thru to complain and was met by a rude staff member named Amy at the first window, who shockingly told me that it was my fault and that they couldn’t offer a refund because they “don’t have any money.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I then went inside to speak to the manager, Emma, to escalate my complaint, and things only got worse. She told me she needed to take a bite out of my food to verify my complaint. I couldn't believe the level of service here.
This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, and I won’t be returning. The staff’s behavior was appalling, and the quality control was non-existent. Very disappointed!

The disabled toilet is too small for a wheelchair. So it's not really a disabled toilet at all, is it?
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no room for a wheelchair in the disabled toilet. To be fair, you can just about squeeze one in beside the bowl, but then it's feet are in the way as you transfer over. Or you could reverse in, but then you can't put the rail down, AND THEY HAVE STORED THE 'WET FLOOR' CONE IN THERE WHEN IT IS ALREADY VERY TIGHT BECAUSE A DISABLED TOILET IS A CONVENIENT STORE ROOM ISN'T IT???!!!
Unacceptable.

Really busy restaurant because it's near Holyhead port. Ample parking, accessible, self service or order at till. Clean and tidy, ckean toilets, drive-thru. Fresh, hot food and friendly, helpful staff.

Stopped for breakfast after early morning arrival into Holyhead port. There is grass around edge of car park that I was able to walk my dog, and then I ran in to pick up some brekkie. Service and food was mostly as you’d expect, but drink (soda) was quite flat/watery.
Parking: Decent amount of parking. Shares car park with supermarket so could presumably use that for overflow parking if needed.

Needs a good clean and more staff get rid of them screens go back to basics.
One staff was huffing and puffing with frustration while I had to squeeze past her near the toilet. She was quite wide.
For some reason they didn't refill the straws or milk or vinegar sachets at self service rather you have to ask for them.
Food was lovely other staff were nice enough if not a bit miserable looking.
