Every visit I do. You always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. When I arrived with 16 other guests yesterday for my mums birthday meal. SHAMBLES. ‘Greeted’ by the stone faced woman. No hello, smile or happy christmas. Long waits for courses. Only had one of the starters we ordered, brought dessert before main, brought two incorrect mains and had to ask for our desserts as they had forgotten.But food was good and serving team were not to blame.Vegetarian options: Tried to give us meat instead of the ordered veggie. When it came it was good.

Got Sunday roast take out , rosties was nice , Yorkshire puds was okay , but came with hardly any gravy at all ,had too make gravy at home . It is okay foodWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for wheelchair users. All around the building.

Worst food I've had in a long time, Fries were cold, Burger was the same as you can see in the photo, the cheese wasn't even melted!McDonald's is 10x better than this place so says it all really.

We've been four times in the last couple of months. Each time we have been greeted by friendly staff. Love the dog friendly area and tickled by the menu for our canine friend. Can't fault the food or the service. Everywhere, including the toilets, is very clean. The atmosphere is very warming and calming. We will be coming back on a regular basis.

Dawn was very welcoming and saw that we had kids. We were offered the kids menu and some crayons. We were then taken to our table. Bar service was fast enough. I counted three behind the bar while I was ordering.Food came in a decent amount of time and was perfect.We snuck a cake in and sang happy birthday quietly. We ordered dessert and when it turned up, we were offer plates for the cake. Thank you for being aware and so accomadatimg.

It has been very successful with the service. Burger and chips were absoloutely delicious and the beer was wonderful as well. Loved every moment, my 2 friends even found the service spot on. We will 100% be returning for a meal again and to social with others. Thank you so much for the service.Parking: Plenty of space to stop in for us to keep my friends car safe.

The staff were all absolutely marvellous. So friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Brought some water out for our pooch and took time to chat and check we were ok. Nikita in particular was lovely!

Totally disappointed. We had wanted the Christmas menu but it wasn't made clear when we called that, the xmas menu is only available pre booked a week in advance so we were told we had to order off main menu.Table 'reserved' was dirty, crumbs on the seats, floor & it was almost empty in there so no excuse.Table of 6 - 4 steak pies (pastry was not great), mash n peas, 1 mixed grill (chewy) 1 Ultimate Veggie Burger & fries - COLD. Told the chef who did not apologise just said 'reheat it yeah?' .... I asked for normal sized chips, not a problem (they were the saviour lol!) The whole burger, including the bun, lettuce, burger sauce were nuked in the microwave ? I couldn't be bothered complaining again so I ate the chips.When everyone was finished, we sat with plates infront of us for over 20 minutes despite still being empty & so I had to ask for the table to be cleared.Deserts were better... served without napkins.I spoke to the lady at the bar & she kindly gave us my dessert for free & 50% discount off others, so that was appreciated,However, I would have preferred a burger that looked like the menu picture, a clean table, decent service & a decent pint! The draft bitter was awful & the pint of Perroni was flat.The young lady who served us was very polite though.Customer service & kitchen training is definitely needed to get this place to match the prices!I won't be going back.

Food is great warm and decent portion sizes downfall is the staff not interested at all can’t take orders correctly, standing at the bar waiting even though there were only about 10 people in the entire pub. One waitress started clearing the table then got side tracked by standing behind the bar talking so 10 minutes later another member of staff cleared the table. Also a shame is the fact you no longer accept and give discount to blue light card holders.
