Room was terrible, dirty, no hot water.
Says it’s open till 2am at weekend but I thought I was at a festival until 3am this morning. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
Dust on fans, stains on the beds, duvets ripped and rooms don’t get cleaned daily as it states on there site.
Stayed overnight in one of the rooms. No experience of the food but the room was clean, well kept, all linens laundered and ironed and the staff were very friendly! The price was very reasonable.
The overall environment of the pub was not reflective of the cleanliness of the rooms. When we went to check in, walking through the garden was pretty grim, with trash scattered around and a sanitary pad on the floor. I assume from a wild night before our arrival. We weren't disturbed by any noise or commotion from the pub, even with the football on.
I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.
The restaurant doesn't look like much but we had a good lunch, the dishes were very good. You have to order them and pay at the bar then sit in the dining room
Great bar food, good service, large outdoor beer garden.
Lovely little pub great food
Serving food only until 3pm and we were looking for dinner so we didn't stay, however the staff pointed us in the right direction for other options serving food until later, so on we went!Food & drinks: Serving food until 3pm
Great pub Guinness was first class and pub was spotless and clean defo go back next year !
I was with my diving friends out for a drink. We were in Holyhead for the weekend to do some diving and training. We didn't choose this pub initially but our regular had closed permanently.I think we were all a bit out of our depth here! As mature adults it was pretty obvious we had landed ourselves in a young persons bar where they were getting up to young persons things. We had one drink and left. The local police officers were present outside chatting socially and having a laugh and joke with the pub goers.I was going to go the toilet but I decided to leave it till I got back to our digs! The gents was extremely busy with a lot of coming and going? It was busier than the bar!No not for me Thank you. I suppose if you are in your late teens, early twenties and have a thing about regular trips to the Gent's toilets!
To spend a single night on the way to the crossing to Dublin, it is more than fine.
Bar closes earlier than advertised, no food was served. rude staff & the room was below average, light in the bathroom didn’t work and the beds were ancient along with the room. Rude staff member banging on the door to scream at us to checkout 45 minutes before checkout time at 9:45am was not ideal either, on the door it clearly stated 10:30am. It was also advertised as a B&B but breakfast was not even entertained and was not granted time to shower. I realize it is a small town but courtesy and customer service, and overall property management could greatly be improved.

Gorgeous food. Lovely service always.
Good pint of Guinness .
Had dinner here recently. Excellent food, and very friendly and efficient service.
Abismal place. Filthy toilets, rough people, was sick after consuming a meal here.
Fantastic Burger
