The reason for 2 stars is for the simple reason of the food I bought today had a piece of hair stuck in my bread. Although I know it probably wasn't subway its self but the factory the bread was made in as it was really stuck. But everything else was fine.

The staff here make the best subways. They need to go train the rest. Perfect every time, even when my awkward child asks them for their favourite sub. Really pleasant and happy people, superb sandwich anytime of the day.Vegetarian options: Always plenty of choice.Dietary restrictions: Have never had any cross contamination, my mother is coeliac and eats safely here.Kid-friendliness: Lovely staff interact with children and make sure they get a great experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the side, shop is all on one level.

How hard is it to put sauce on a sandwich, every single time

Manager served my partner, simple order, BMT, lettuce, cucumber, double cheese and jalapeños on one for me. Ham and bacon with mayo and lettuce, cucumber on another.However, neither order were correct, rolls were ripped all over, and my 2nd part had the lettuce/cucumber and one bacon rasher? didnt even order bacon on my BMT. How these orders were completely incorrect and the rolls look like theyve been through a shredder i don't quite know.If i hadnt waited until i got home too eat it i most definitely would have taken it back in shocking when the price for these aren't cheap, so paid for 2 baguettes neither ate as were incorrect with items/sauce we didnt like.

Strange reading good reviews about staff here as we haven’t experienced that. We have been twice in the last month and the girls working made us feel very rushed and were just plain rude. Also, they are very stingy with the toppings. One of the girls literally put 3 leaves of spinach on my sandwich, so I had to ask for extra. She did it with all the toppings but I gave up asking for extra in the end. What is it with people not doing their jobs properly these days? If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers or if you don’t like your job, quit.
