Found the customer service friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: Was pleased to find decaf cappuccino available along with a soya milk option. Also happy to know how safe various meals are for the gluten free diet.

I am going to compare. This Tesco Cafe is much better than one in Bangor. It has a more cosy atmosphere, and all the fittings are not so worn-out. On day we went it looked they were short staffed but lady which served us still smiled and prepared lovely coffees for us. Food was pleasant and surprisingly good.

Very pleasant staff and good service when I was here. Good choice of very reasonably priced food. Will definitely come again.Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids lunch.

A sorry affair, but you get what you pay for and supermarket cafés are very cheap! Two stars for having vegan options, but the poor staff seemed very stressed and grumpy, so let's not mention the rest ?

Went here after a absolute nightmare of a experience in morrisons, Was easy to get a seat and staff were friendly, 2 breakfasts and 2 pots of tea for £15 , food was spot on , Only criticism was you didn’t get much on your plate.

We visited the cafe today I ordered “Posh beans on toast” supposed to come on sourdough bread toasted and a poached egg on top. Also ordered sourdough toast with avocado. When the meals arrived they really were a disappointment instead of sourdough toast we were given ordinary white sliced totally not what we expected it really looked awful as you will see from the photos. I did mention it to the server who apologised saying we should have been told that the cafe could not get Sourdough bread and hadn’t been able to get any for months, although whilst shopping we found lots of sourdough bread in the bakery????? Very disappointed with this Tesco you really need to do better. Don’t advertise and sell something and then provide something different without an explanation. We would definitely have chosen something different from the menu. The cappuccino’s however were good.

We popped in for a coffee and a bit of breakfast / lunch , we ordered the breakfast eggs and chorizo and rocket on sourdough bread. At no time during the order and food being delivered to our table that tescos don’t serve sourdough bread anymore . So we were given the cheaper option of normal cheap white bread , which was changed to brown bread for my good lady . The food was tasty but the main ingredient was sourdough bread.

Always a pleasure to come here. Super staff, good choices. Decent prices. Nice cozy atmosphere inside too. Oh and there’s good Wi-Fi and a few power sockets for those who want to work over a coffee. Highly recommended.

Nice place to have a quick meal, decent selection of food, some vegetarian options on the menu too. Staff are polite and friendly, prices are reasonable.
