The Haven Guest House, Holyhead, Isle of Anglesey.

What a great sopt! The owners were wonderful and very accommodating! We were on a road trip through the country and didn't get to the hotel until 10 pm, and they welcomed us with open arms, took our order for breakfast, and we were off to sleep. The room we were in, room 7, had plenty of room and an amazing view! We would highly recommend staying at the Haven Guest House!

My stay at The Haven Guest House was an absolute nightmare. Despite being advertised as pet-friendly, this place is anything but. The constant signage dictating what you can and cannot do makes the environment extremely unwelcoming and stressful.

To make matters worse, the property is covered with video cameras recording you without any prior warning or consent. This obvious invasion of privacy is unacceptable and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable throughout our stay.

I brought my puppy, who isn't fully potty trained in stressful situations. He had a small accident on the disgustingly old and dirty carpet, and the owner demanded a ridiculous £70 fee for it. Given the filthy state of the carpet, this charge was not only unreasonable but downright outrageous.

I strongly advise against staying at this B&B. It's far from pet-friendly, lacks basic hospitality, and the intrusive supervision is downright creepy. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.

Safety: No Parking and your room is monitored.

Stayed at the Haven from April 27th to April 28th, 2024. Everything was fine and Phil is a great host.

Guesthouse stay, got what was expected. Water pressure was bad. But good price and near port.

We stayed here the night before we took the ferry, and it was really convenient. You can walk in a few minutes from there to the ferry terminal, the rooms are small but tidy and clean, and the family whose Guest house this is, is very friendly.I can definitely recommend it for travelers going towards Ireland by ferry.

The stop was very unexpected, but as they say, things don't happen for the best. The hotel is very beautiful and interestingly decorated, the homely atmosphere soothes and relaxes. Good location. Friendly and polite hosts. Great rooms, clean and quiet. The hotel is suitable for both vacations and business trips. We are very satisfied and recommend everyone to visit.

The room was super clean, very comfortable. The staff could not be any nicer and informative about the location. I slept very well and the breakfast was amazing.

On our way to Ireland we stayed at The Haven B&B in Holyhead. I’m so happy that I found this lovely B&B. Our room was really nice and spacious and the owners made us feel very welcome. I travel with my two boys and our dog and everyone was really happy to stay there. The bed was very comfortable and everyone slept very well. Dog walking possibilities are just around the corner and the ferry port is also close. Selige it being next to a busy road it was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying there another night on our way back from Ireland.

Fabulous Room and very nicely decorated. Have to say the bed was so comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was fabulous.Great view and parking outside, or you can use the accommodation parking. Lovely hosts, very accommodating and very helpful and allowed me to store my bike in the property overnight, thank you. Will definitely stay here again!
