Received ridiculous excuses and ABUSE at my doorstep from their driver and on the phone from the company. Ordered on my way home FOR 7.15pm. I specified the time for delivery, apparently they tried to deliver at 6pm (15 minutes before I got home). Abuse on the phone and from the driver at gone 9pm when my COLD food arrived. No apology, no refund. Disgusted at the customer service.

Its a hit and miss, sometimes its amazing other times not so great. I like their chicken tikka masala made extra spicy and the dansak .I usually have my own rice or chapatis.

Food isn't nice , was at first then the second time round my narn bread was burnt , my curry was watery and my poppadoms were soggy.Least of all the people who delivered commented on how much I ordered for 1 person even tho I just came from a long shift from work and was hungry, isn't right to comment on a paying customer.

Delivery took close to two hours and was cold on arrival. Called to let them know and they hung up. I appreciate it if they’re busy but they should be more transparent and understanding, at least.
The chicken was very undercooked it was pink in the middle, me and my friend both got sick from this with stomach pains right after eating. The raita we ordered was a weird orange colour and didn’t taste like raita at all. The curry was SO oily that the oil was seeping through the bag it came in. The fish pakoras we ordered were also terrible. I would recommend people to avoid for health and safety reasons.

Ordered Chicken Korma, sauce was bland but over spicey, not impressed! Front of house needs to improve, I suggest they get more mature people to meet and greet and don’t let the delivery driver lounge around of sofa, it doesn’t give a good impression,

I’ve been a lover of Indian cuisine for 35+ years. This is THE best Indian that I’ve been to ! Their Bengal Special Bhuna is by far THE tastiest meal I’ve ever had ! Wish I could eat it every day. Would gladly pay double the amount, the food is that gorgeous. Can’t praise them enough ! Perfect all round A+++

Never order a delivery we order at least three times a month every time it arrives there are items missing won't be ordering again poor service staff are not helpful very poor service
