We wanted to have a late Sunday lunch and as not local booked hoping was good. We were not disappointed, my slow roast pork was perfect and hubby was more than pleased with his roast beef. We both had a dessert and my jam sponge with custard was lovely and light and hubby loved his bread and butter pudding. If you are looking for a lovely pub serving good food I would highly recommend l.

The warm and cosy atmosphere feels very welcoming, especially on colder winter days. There is a log fire and homely decorations, giving the place an inviting feel. The staff are friendly and the food we ordered was tasty, presented well and arrived quickly. We enjoyed our meal spent here and highly recommend this place to others.

Met up with family for Sunday lunch.The food was very good and the service was excellent.The Crown Inn is an historic pub but it is modern and comfortable inside. Very nice.Also, plenty of parking and in a lovely part of the world.

Best steak I have eaten outside of France, service prompt and polite. To have the option of butter, garlic and parsley sauce is the first time I have seen it on a pub menu. Highly recommend this place.
