The lady on the till informed me she didn't know how to usethe machine then told me it was downI went back a few days later and it was still not workingThey told me there was a shop in Holywell High street I called and got the voucher redeemedShell it needs fixing.Iwillno longer get fuel from there.BAD SHOW

Pulled onto the forecourt at 21.35 and the attendant turned off all the lights. Never mind, diesel 4p a litre cheaper at Hillcrest

The man on the till was nice and polite and service was amazing.
Handy station, got all the essentials and a free cash machine. I find the fuel well priced but then again I only use Shell garages for fuel, wont put unbranded cheap fuel in my car. I work in a car repair garage and the amount of repairs we have to deal with from poor quality fuel is an eye opener, save a penny at the pump and spend few £100 in your local repair shop instead.

Bit pricey on petrol there is a cash machine here they have all the other facilities car wash and air and water machine the shop sells food crisps etc you can also get car things petrol cans and other stuff.

Stopped off at this garage as I broke down and was very much stuck a million miles away from home, but without asking, a very kind member of the garage staff named Ryan went out of his way to come and help me, which I really appreciated as I was struggling. I could finally get on my way after receiving his help (Life saver!!) he’s a credit to your store. Thanks again Ryan.
