Christmas afternoon tea was lovely - all homemade. Possibly the best key lime pie I’ve tasted.Wheelchair accessibility: I would suggest the WC is difficult to access for those with mobility difficulties and probably impossible with a wheelchair. Suggest a check before visiting.

We visited with our golden retriever and baby after a lovely walk through the woods. Would highly recommend this cafe, delicious food and excellent service in a beautiful setting! Well done, you've got this just right ??

Lovely Lovely Lovely. Bright and atmospheric with stunning Quayside vistas, boats moored. Impressive selection of fresh food and divine desserts. Particularly recommend the Crab Sandwiches and Seafood salad.

Stopped in at the tearoom while doing the circular walk around Lawrenny and we are so glad we did! Ordered a Welsh breakfast and my partner the eggs on sourdough toast. All of the produce was local and all so delicious. Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by at the quay. Dog friendly too which was a bonus - lots of dog treats on the menu ?

The smallest sandwich ever! The chef even came out with the Artisan bread to show me its “ local” they want to use local ingredients, yet have a Carte D’or ice cream van outside! A teaspoon of couscous salad and a very small garnish of salad x 2 £20 ! Ooops plus 1 coffee. Couldn’t have tap water as it was discoloured?? Clear in the loos with the same water supply?! Cheese & leek tart up by £5 with the addition of a couple of potatoes !

Amazing food and great service in a lovely location. Dogs welcome outside in the garden area, with plenty of benches available.

The word 'tearooms' doesn't do the food justice. Absolutely restaurant standard in a friendly tea room setting, and an amazing location.

Don’t know if they were just having a bad day but it seemed very unorganised. Staff brought over 2 different meals which weren’t for us, the food was a 30 minute wait even though it wasn’t that busy. I ordered a brie, bacon and cranberry panini but ended up with bacon and Stilton (I really don’t like Stilton but it wasn’t even worth having to wait another half an hour so I swapped with my partner who managed to eat half then he left the rest). Overall it just seemed like the staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing.

A big thank you to the lady serving in the cafe today , it was really busy and we came for lunch for my birthday , one member of staff told us they weren’t doing ice cream sundaes ( which is what we had come for !) but the staff member ( who we think is the daughter of the owner) kindly sorted us out and made my day ! Thank you , great ice cream sundae and a lovely halloumi and avocado salad !

Well what can I say......a fabulous venue which when presented with 10 mature ladies unannounced wanting lunch, they could not have been more accommodating. The staff moved tables so we could all sit together......service with a smile. We all ordered lunch and the meals were beautifully presented at roughly the same time and very tasty. We were so delighted with with both the food and service that we had a great luncheon outing . I will most certainly be back again....x

We visited this little gem after a lovely long walk. We chose to sit in as the weather was hit and miss and what a charming little place it was and very attentive staff. There were three of us in our party we chose to eat the ham and cheese panini, which was fully loaded, the steak, onion and mushroom baguette which was totally amazing, both of these were served with homemade coleslaw, beautiful side salad and cous cous, also the baguette was served with fresh new potatoes. The other member of our party ordered the ploughman’s which was huge and a great variety of cheese and the best chutney ever. We had to buy a jar of the chutney it was so good. The cakes looked outstanding and such huge pieces we had to have a slice of chocolate sponge to take home and may I say that was scrummy. This place is clean, excellent food and exceptional quality, great staff and great prices. Keep up the good work 5 stars needed for this little gem of a place.
