This is our usual Chinese takeaway but of late the food is taking so long. It was a Thursday night our order was for 6.10pm, we didn't get it till 6.50! I don't understand how they can be so behind so early on. The tasty Garden is soon opening behind the coop in Kilgetty, if it's anything like the Tenby takeaway it will be great. I feel sorry for the overworked owners but maybe it's time to get more help in the kitchen. I think a lot of business will be lost to the new Chinese, I for one can't wait for it to open. Sorry star of Saigon but adios

The larger younger Asian woman totally ruins this business which is an absolute shame she had no customer service skills in the slightest and is so rude . When I collected my order it was wrong when I placed my order I stated that my mother has an allergy towards ginger and asked if the meals had ginger in and was told no when we got the chicken satay it was full of slithers of ginger . Also ordered banana fritter and got pineapple ? phoned to let them know and she was so rude no apology in the slightest it was as if it was my fault . I will never use this takeaway again due to her . If I were other customers I would certainly find another takeaway in the area with actual customer service skills ? ? **Advoid at all costs **

Placed an order a 5:30 to pick up at 6:30 when I arrived the woman behind the counter was to busy coughing without putting her hand overs her mouth ?she then blanked me . And served three people behind me . And took three phone orders . Totally understaffed and rude . And looks dirty inside . Would highly recommend to avoid at all cost . An absolutely joke ? never go there again

Just wanted to share my experience of this establishment. The food was excellent and I couldn't fault it in any way, shape or form. Very generous portions and lots of flavour.The lady behind the counter was a ray of sunshine, I have no doubts she would brighten anybodies day, with her cheery disposition and dare I say it, slightly flirtatious nature?Would I go back, most certainly.... If only to have my day brightened by the bubble of cheekiness behind the counter.

Best chinese I've ever had, all cooked fresh, nothing pre made, cant say that for many other chinese places. Family run and always trying their hardest too get takeaways out of such a busy, small and not many staffed place.Only thing I can say to people moaning about waiting is that they are cooking your food from fresh, 10 mins before you arrive you food is be prepared and cooked so you have it as fresh as possible, just be patient.Vegetarian options: Loads of veggie options throughout all different meals.

Horrendous, greasy and tasteless. Forgot the sweet & sour sauce (the whole point of sweet & sour chicken). Got told a time to collect and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes there. Spent nearly £100 there too. Gross.
Friendly when taking order, quick service considering it was a Saturday evening. And food was decent, hot and tasty.

pre ordered at 5 for 6.10 my nephew went to collect it & waited another 40 minutes before it was ready,2 minute walk all the food was luke warm chow mein bland,sweet & sour chicken balls were claggy &the chips tasted like they had been re cooked a few times.all in all it was not a pleasant experience.
