It was a Saturday morning and quite busy in the cafe. With a table of elderly gentlemen and a table with 1 child, between them they made a lot of noise!. Service was slow but refined, although the young waitress in spite of repeating our order got it wrong!Sat next to the door, everybody who went out or in seemed to want to slam the door shut, which made a hell of a loud bang.Won't be visiting here again!

Really nice little cafe, not very big and it wasn't the cheapest but the food was really good and different! The coffee and hot chocolate was great, also. And they allow dogs. Definitely visit again if we are in the area.Parking: Large Paid Parking just a short walk away (less than 5 mins walk)Dietary restrictions: Shop seemed very aware of dietary needs and offered a variety of options.

Poor Capucchino no taste, lots of froth little coffee, service prompt, expensive for a cup of nothing. Surruondings are fine but doesn't make up for poor product

Great find after being recommended by someone passing who overheard us not being able to take our dog into a different cafe. Great coffee. I had falafel platter and my partner the fish finger sandwich. Both very tasty, didnt look much but was very filling and didn't have room for cake so we'll have to return another day! Quirky decor, with mis matching furniture and a few crafts for sale. Very welcoming with friendly polite staff.

A real gem! The first thing to note is breakfast is served until 12 - great! From the wonderful selection I chose the Welsh breakfast. Really good quality ingredients perfectly cooked. Absolutely delicious. Coffee smelt so fresh and tasted even better. Staff are super friendly with great food knowledge. I could have stayed all day! This is more than a coffee shop it’s a destination place for foodies everywhere. Whether you make a special trip or you’re just passing and call in, I can’t recommend highly enough

As you walk in to Artisans there is such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. They are also dog friendly which isn’t true for all cafe’s in Lampeter. The staff smile as you walk in and are very helpful with directing you to the menu and will help with anything necessary. Looking at the menu , I was amazed with the amount of choices and variety of food available. With options for vegans and vegetarians as well as gluten free options , there really is something for everyone at Artisans. I had the pleasure of trying the French Brie, Bacon and Cranberry toasties which was served on a lovely bread with a generous amount of salad and crisps you truly get your moneys worth . I also ordered a hot chocolate with some cream and marshmallows this was delicious and was served at a perfect temperature. The drinks options also vary having many cold drink options as well as decaf options for hot drinks. Overall I was very happy with my experience in Artisans, I was so impressed that later that day I went back in to get some cakes which were presented beautifully on a gorgeous counter with so many options making it hard for me to make a decision! I will definitely be returning to Artisans as soon as possible and will recommend this wonderful cafe to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience and delicious food!

I loved this little gem of a place, staff were so welcoming and helpful, just the right atmosphere for the quiet relaxing time out from work I needed, menu is real Artisan home made goodies, coffees are absolutely handmade with love, I had bacon, Brie and cranberry baguette, honestly one of the tastiest Iv had ever, had to stop myself from raiding the cake counter though, just couldn’t bring myself to choose, but a perfect excuse to revisit ? our dog Ted was equally impressed with the puppicino ?.

My friend and I were staying locally for a week. We happened to pass Artisans around 12 and as we were booked for an evening meal later we were looking for a light bite. We were delighted. The space is friendly, warm and has atmosphere. The armchairs we chose were comfortable. The people seemed a mix of locals and visitors. The food was superb. I had a Parmesan herby scone with Welsh cheese and slices of apple and chutney. It was delicious. My friend had a coffee which she said was excellent and I had a pot of tea which also hit the spot. As a bonus it was dog friendly so we didn't have to take our greyhound and whippet back to the car. The staff were friendly and helpful. It set us up nicely before we had a browse round and a spend in the shops. Highly recommended.

Oh dear...... very disappointing. A holiday saturday, yet an extremely limited choice of foods, and no menus at tables so had to quickly decide at the counter. So limited were the food options we decided on drinks only , then go. Staff like automatons, not friendly or welcoming. Tatty place. No... will not revisit. Poor.

My wife and I were looking forward to lunch (we have never been here before)... we asked what was suitable for vegans? The (confused) assistant behind the counter said 'we can make you some toast with oil on it'... Wow... Is that really all Artisans has to offer vegans? I would have given no stars , but Google won't let me

Nice pot of tea, their speciality is coffee. Look forward to returning. Love the diversity that exists with local businesses.
