Have bought fish and chips here several times. The fish is perfectly cooked in batter and the chips are just right. The portions both of fish and chips are large. I honestly can recommend this shop.

The Chippery is your classic British Fish and Chips shop, complete with brilliant staff and a lovely selection of food and drinks.The ladies on shift who served our party of 10 (who had also been drinking) did so with ease and efficiency, and even humored me when I asked if they serve "Sauságé du battéúr". The food was brilliant, very hot and the perfect amount of salt.Lovely place for a quick takeaway fish and chips with seats if you'd like a quick chip shop date.

Visited yesterday, 12th of September and all I have to say is horrible staff, horrible food, horrible service, and overall horrible. So bad that not even Gordon Ramsey could think of a bad enough insult to describe this place. Save yourself from disappointment and never go here. Because I know I will never return.

Omg, I'm 53 and I swear to God, these are the best chips ive ever had!!!!!Parking: Can be tricky but loading bays opposite when shops are closed and on street parking here and there

One pie and chips isn't £14.80. I've just got my fish and chips and checked prices. This is my regular fish and chippery and I know for a fact a single pie and large chips is not £14.80 to the person who has complained about this. You are either lying or you bought two pies and chips because that is the exact price for two not one. To the person who has complained about this. A nice clean chip shop and friendly staff .Not the cheapest chip shop ,Jumbo sausage and small chips and minced beef pie and small chips came to just over £11. The chips were hot but you could taste the oil and the sausage was quite dark and oily which was a shame as it was quite a nice tasting sausage . It seems to be a very popular chip shop as was full when we arrived there and even people queuing outside .The same meal in the Silver fish chip shop in Newtown Powis is just over £8 and bigger chip portions .
