Bog standard Premiere Inn. Room fine and comfortable enough Breakfast was not so good, food cold and tasteless. Go elsewhere to eat.

Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: The restaurant next door serves good food with a varied menu at reasonable prices.

Bar closes to early, not the time it says on website.

Had a very comfortable overnight stay. The room and facilities were good and the staff very helpful. Had a very enjoyable meal with a bottle of wine in the restaurant. Good quality food very reasonably priced. Again the service from Natalie and Erin and in particular Donna (helpful and sociable - real service with a smile) was welcoming and good . Would recommend this hotel.Food & drinks: Please refer to initial review

Excellent overnight stay, BUT bar closes at 10pm? Come on Premier Inn, you can do better than that.Food & drinks: Great food, drinks, a choice of beers would be better, and why, oh why, do you close at 10pm?

Really good hotel with very friendly staff. Standard Premier Inn rooms so nothing extra special there. What makes this hotel though is the staff, staff go above and beyond, they really can't do enough for you. I can't recommend this Premier Inn enough.Walkability: It's not the most accessible on foot. It's quite steep to get from the main road to the hotel and on the main road, the footpath isn't the widest and doesn't feel the safest but that's in the hands of Conwy Council, not the hotel.Food & drinks: Brewers Fayre next door which is helpful
