A decent sized ASDA, but on the occasions we have shopped there we have noticed empty fridges/shelves, out of stock on alot of items and even out of carrier bags!

1 the mobility scooters was not working. 2. The wide ile shut has I approached. 3 safe disabled toilets was closed. It's hard to do shopping in a wheelchair using one hand to drive getting in fridges near inpossible.They need to stop excluding people who find shopping hard specially those who have physical disabilities and more support for hidden disabilities. Where's the happy to help gone?Please think about this! It's very distressing and embarrassing for people like us. We need to eat and shop. And store ASDA is good quality and good priced stilI usually like before I moved. Always has been my favourite till now! Thanks.

The all day breakfast had run out at 2pm but they managed to find a few bits for us. As with many places, the staff were ran off their feet with uncleaned tables and equipment not working. One chef said that the 2nd coffee machine had not worked for years. There was no cutlery after we ordered and paid so we sat down. We were served with everything cold except for the chips, which were too hot when it arrived. There was still no cutlery when it arrived so I waited which not a problem as the food was cold anyway. When the cutlery arrived at the counter it was thrown in and half went on the floor. The surviving cutlery was soaking wet. It’s handy to eat and shop but next we’ll shop at the Tesco at Llandudno Junction

Quality of food in caffe, way below recent standard. Food now served on paper plates, (full breakfast, warm and under cooked). Staff shortage evident in caffe and on checkout tills since recent changes.

I am an OAP and went for the Soup and Roll and coffee for £1.00 "We have no soup" said the assistant in the cafe. "Just the coffee for £1.00 in that case" I said . "The coffee is now full price as it is not served with the soup" the assistant said . WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH . I was going to do the weekly shop after a drink but back to Lidi . Well done "JOBSWORTH" .

Would definitely not recommend. Dirty floor and tables, no cutlery , ordered 2 all day brunches. The only thing that was hot was the chips. No sausages available so was given extra bacon. Eggs were like rubber. The sauce on the baked beans was dried up.

I had to return a faulty electrical item to customer services Elyned was fantastic That lady can certainly multi skill Thankyou

If I could rate asda 0 stars I would me and my boyfriend are regular shoppers at asda llanudno always go in every day after work thought the asda staff were lovely until one day I was pulled to the side by the self check out and they asked me if I was being abused I understand they have a job to do and they were just checking but the woman who pulled me to the side made up a story about seeing him push me which was a lie she would not leave it alone kept asking and asking if I was ok I just wanted to pay and leave at that point, we eventually left and thought that was the end of it untill today as we were leaving asda staff stopped my boyfriend and accused him of stealing alcohol when we had not even been near the alcohol section I understand security has a job to do but it was the fact he told us asda staff has seen and told him that my boyfriend was stealing and so he checked his bag and there was nothing he had not stolen I am very disappointed with asda and really didn't expect this I felt like he was being targeted this has made me not want to go back to asda as asda staff members seem to like to accuse people of things they dont do

What a shambles of a poop show. Passive aggressive agents on the phone and incompetent staff in store doing the picking. Last several orders they have screwed up and I am fed up They will substitute human food but not dog food even tho they have the same brand food in a different flavour and they just don't care as long as they can take your money. They take it fast enough but want you to wait for a refund what a joke. This was a monthly shop and our foods are low but they don't care cos they got the money which they will refund at some point. Good job we not in cost of living crisis .... o wait we are. Avoid this store it's useless.

The range of products, own brand and other, never returned to pre COVID levels. The obsessive movement of shelf stock location indicates mental illness, or worse. As noted by many, the cafe is now an endurance test that I no longer take part in. The petrol prices are no longer the couple of pence a litre cheaper that they used to be. Great, convenient car park, free for four hours; and that's all this Asda is to me now.

Pleased onto even waste your money here . Staff don't know what they're doing .food is awful . The cheapest of everything is used and its certainly not cheap ..its so much nicer in weatherspons !
