Our dinner at ‘Dylan’s’ was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm lighting and rustic décor made us feel welcomed. We started with the Lobster taco and Crayfish pop corn ,which were a delightful balance of sweet and savory. I had the Welsh Lamb and beef Ragu pasta for my main, and they were tender and perfectly seasoned. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, refilling our water glasses and checking on us just often enough. The meal was a bit pricey, but given the exceptional quality and service, I felt it was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to return for another exquisite meal!

Four of us visited for a lunch whilst on holiday. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We all had something different from the menu, including two from the daily specials board. All the meals were excellent quality, value for money and with really good portion sizes. We started with the warm homemade loaf with salted Welsh butter. Could not believe the size and quality of it. It’s an absolute must! Would highly recommend the Hake, Lentil ragu, John Dory and Non’s calzone both off the specials board. Following the mains we had to go for desserts, two Merlyn tarts from the specials board, a trio of desserts and the lime tart with hazelnut ice cream. All were, again excellent value and quality but the hazelnut ice cream deserves a special mention. All followed by good quality coffees. They offer a section of sauces and accompaniments to buy, some of which you may have had with your meal. We had to purchase a selection and were not disappointed. Great staff, atmosphere, surroundings and food. Would highly recommend a visit. Looking forward to visiting the Conway branch in the near future when we return to the area.

Went to Dylan’s on Saturday with my sister. We had a lovely table in the window looking out at Llandudno. The food was amazing we both had beef tacos to start and herb crusted hake for mains. It was lovely. I visit Dylans a lot and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A lovely meal. The nicest soup and Sourdough I can remember. My friends had Mussels and Pasta, and seemed very happy. I really like the use of the Welsh wool for upholstery. A nice ambiance. Slightly difficult to attract staff attention, but not worth a demotion!

Our daughter and (now) son-in-law held their wedding breakfast at Dylans after their wedding ceremony at the Town Hall. The staff were outstanding from beginning to end and did everything they could to help make the day beautiful. Food was delightful and special thanks to Sean (Shaun) :) for all his help with our wedding cake and preparations of a personal nature.

After having a friend recommending Dylan’s for “the best burger I’ve had” I was looking forward to my first visit. After a pleasant start the food arrived and I was so disappointed in the presentation (cafe standard) & quantity of the meal. Chips were lovely but only about 9 of them. Coleslaw a teaspoon full. Burger was small and although reasonably tasty it was a bit overcooked. Real shame as nice location and staff but definitely not what I expected

Always enjoyed our visits however having found out they have gone cashless we will no longer frequent Dylan's unfortunately.

Lovely food as last time we visited but we weren’t told at any time when booking or arriving at your restaurant that you don’t accept cash. Disappointed ☹️ as we’d bought cash specially to pay for our meal .

Great food , friendly and attentive staff … the wait between starter and main was just a little too long for us but the food was very good . We will be back

I was expecting big things for a seafood restaurant offering Seafoood Chowder. A bowl of cream with small diced potatoes, carrots, peas, a prawn and 2 clams!!!!! ? Not great!

A lovely restaurant with fine food and great staff, however my daughter and I were a little disappointed when we were asked to leave as there was another booking for our table and the staff hovering nervously waiting for us to leave. Whilst I understand this from a business viewpoint, it is the first time I have been asked to leave a restaurant and not felt welcome and it prevented us from even considering afters. It also felt very crowded as the tables were too close together. I felt obliged to apologise to the other customers when trying to reach the ladies as it was a sideways shuffle to get through. It did leave us wondering about fire regulations and the safety aspects of a very crowded room.

Good food, freshly cooked to order. Lovely location and nice inside. Staff are very friendly and service is good. Really good choices for GF although some dishes incur an additional charge. For example 80p for a GF burger bun and £1.30 for GF pizza base.
